Glasses on rides

Carla,

The new transitions are much faster than the old photgrays that I used to wear. They are even faster than the original transitions.

I love them. I went once without either the photograys or transitions and I hated it. My glasses will always have this feature.

Just back from WDW and I kept my glasses on for all the rides except RnR. I was afraid they would come off or get broken. I did have them on a strap for ToT just in case but it was no problem, they didn't move. If I did RnR again, I might leave them on with the strap.

Darn, wish I was still there!

At most of the gift shops last summer they sold a glasses strap that make your glasses fit snugly around your head (like goggles in that sense - it isn't a regular strap that allows your glasses to dangle far down your chest like a necklace). With the strap my glasses wouldn't budge off my face. I used that as a "just in case" and it worked fine. The only place I didn't use it and then freaked cause my glasses almost came off was Test Track. I would either wear the tight strap or take off the glasses on that one.

Interesting. I never even considered taking them off for that ride and never had a problem either.
