I didn't know how to set up a poll so I'll just ask anyone use a glass screen protector? Is it better that the thin plastic one. Tired of getting bubbles in the plastic ones, thinking of trying the glass one. Although I have read you don't need a screen protector with the new gorilla glass on the phones these days. But just mentally feels better having the screen protected. Or do some just not use a screen protector at all. I do use a case for the phone.

I have the glass screen protector. No bubbles and feels just like the real deal regular screen. It really hasn't had to do any "protecting" yet, so I can't report on that. Overall, love it.

We have them on all of our phones and love them! It was much easier to apply the glass protector than the old plastic ones- no bubbles!

Son recently shattered his screen, while we went to a local shop to replace the shattered screen, he decided to add the glass screen as well. It works and looks great. I'm thinking of getting one for my own phone.

They're expensive, but I think they're worth it. DH has one and didn't have a case for his phone, and dropped it a lot and yes the corners are dinged, but I really think the glass protector helped. I had a supposedly high quality plastic one and it never looked as nice as his and then started bubbling a lot, it was supposed to have a lifetime warranty but I would have had to mail it in and pay for shipping? Didn't make sense to me. Splurged on the glass for my phone as well and love it.

I haven't tried a glass screen protector but I have heard great things about them for the most part. I'm not sure if I'd like it or not. What I like about the plastic ones (I use Xtremeguard now, used to use Zagg Invisibleshield) is that they are flexible and sort of self-healing. I also like what some people hate about them -- I like the sort of sticky feeling they have when you slide your finger, I guess more of a grippy feeling? I know many people hate that about them but I love it! I do hate the rigid plastic screen protectors, though. I buy the Xtremeguard ones when they have 80%-90% off sales which makes them like $2 or so and that way I don't mind if I replace them a couple of times per year. I haven't had issues with bubbles but we do apply them on our own very, very carefully. My husband is better at the applying the phone protectors while I'm better at applying the iPad protectors. lol

With the glass screen protector, I'd be concerned about scratches a little and if I dropped my phone, would the screen protector shatter/crack?
