My sister sent me this a while ago. It seems to do the rounds every now and again.
If it were true it would be headline news and MacDonalds would be paying out on some serious lawsuits. Personally I don't believe it.

When my daughter was 3 she was playing in the balls and tunnels at McDonalds, and a previous child (baby?) had had a leaky diaper...Need I say more? I never really thought to question that sanitation of those things but believe me after that I certainly did. It was a horrible mess.
