My sister sent me this a while ago. It seems to do the rounds every now and again.
If it were true it would be headline news and MacDonalds would be paying out on some serious lawsuits. Personally I don't believe it.

Oct/Nov 1987 Travelodge Maingate East (WDW)
1991 Anaheim (DL)
1993 Camp Davey Crockett (DLP)
1995 Hotel Cheyenne (DLP)
1996 Sequoia Lodge (DLP)
Oct 1997 Esprit Villa(WDW)
Mar 2000 Esprit Villa(WDW)
Feb 2001 Esprit Villa(WDW)
Dec 2001/Jan 2002 Esprit Villa (WDW)

Give me a break. I agree why would you not be hearing about this on the news? <IMG SRC="/infopop/emoticons/icon_confused.gif" alt="confused">
You've been a victim of yet another urban legend. Any time I get something like this I just hit DELETE before I even read it. Sometimes, if I need a laugh I'll take a look.
When my daughter was 3 she was playing in the balls and tunnels at McDonalds, and a previous child (baby?) had had a leaky diaper...Need I say more? I never really thought to question that sanitation of those things but believe me after that I certainly did. It was a horrible mess.
