GKTW.Make-A-Wish trip Nov 18-24,2012

Hello.

My daughter; 16 severely disabled with multiple medical issues is going on her Make-A-Wish trip to Disney World / GKTW over Thanksgiving week this year. I am so excited for her. She LOVES Mickey Mouse and I just hope she is 100% feeling great to really enjoy her time there.

I am hoping to take her to Discovery Cove to go swimming with the dolphins. Still looking into that.

Does anyone know of special Mickey Mouse events going on that I need to be aware of to make sure my daughter gets as much Mickey time as possible that week?

I am so glad that Kayla gets a wish! Looking forward to hearing about all your planning! My son Trevor will be going on his wish trip sometime next May.

I have never been to DW but I have heard a lot of people talk about Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.

Thank you!

I looked into the Mickey's Xmas Party, but unfortunately, there is not one scheduled the week we are there. Kind of bummed, but she will still have a great time!

Bummer! I am sure she will still have a magical time! I have heard the characters are at Give Kids the World also. So hopefully she can get some Mickey time there too
