I'm coming into this kinda halfway through the month but I would still like to get in on this! My goal will be a low 420 for the remainder of the month. I'm dealing with a lingering ankle injury (I find out Tuesday if it's been fractured for the past year) so I'm only allowed to work out for 3 days a week. So my goal is 60 minutes a day with thirty on a low impact cardio machine (elliptical or stationary bike) and then 30 minutes of weights and toning. I've got to get ready for my honeymoon in May!
