Back late last night from
Disneyland! The 5K was fantastic and now I want to do a 10K to get a "real" medal because I am insane

. I don't usually count non-workout minutes, but we walked a ridiculous amount and my legs are still tired and a little sore, sooooo I'm counting the following:
11/12: 60 minutes
11/13 (race day): 90 minutes
11/14: 60 minutes
11/15: 60 minutes
11/16: 30 minutes
That brings me to
905/1000. Guess I didn't need to be so conservative with my goal for the month! No more minutes for me today, though - my body needs a rest from my vacation
