Give Me Your Best Tier 1/2 Plans for Epcot & Studios

Gearing up for FP+ scheduling and would love to know what are your best tried and true strategies for Tier 1 and 2 plans for Epcot and Disney Studios.

if it's a 9 am open day, I go for the garden grill PPO, hit soarin, then TT and FP FEA.
If it's an EMH, hit FEA at RD, then TT and Soarin, and make a FP for Soarin later in case the line is long when we get there
