I don't believe so, there is a FAQ section so you could double check there, but I remember reading that it could not be somewhere.

I read the same thing. It can only be used at the 4 major parks.

According to the FAQs it cannot. Also at the water parks, even a Guest Relations we do not have access to that part of the computer system, so we would have no way of telling if a certificate had been redeemed or not.
