I love the bridesmaid dresses! My MOH and I actually tried on that dress when we went looking for our bridesmaid dresses, and this was our second choice dress after the one we actually ended up going with. It's really cute, and I love that the dress has pockets!

But that's a shame to hear about your friend that is being pretty lame about this whole thing. Maybe you should have a talk with her - you could try and make it a bit more casual and not too accusatory, just say something along the lines of, "Are you sure you wanted to be a part of the wedding? Because I don't want it to be a hassle for you, but there are certain things that do need to get done (like trying on the dress). If you don't want to be involved it's okay, just let me know." I don't know, it's a really hard situation to be in. Good luck with whatever happens!

I was really happy with their choices too! It is funny though because we actually went in looking at some other options and that was the last dress they tried on, it was flattering to all shapes and sizes and they loved the pockets!!
About my friend, ugh idk what to say I haven't really tried either! I'm unsure of what I want....

We fell in love with ADH by a picture as well but my consultant advised that we wouldn't have enough guests to use it. we started looking for alternate locations but instead when the 16th mark came along Bill told me we were okay for ADH. I guess that makes it official... lol but I will be doing my site inspection on April 11 and see it in person. I can't wait!!!

Oh & thanks so much for all of the tips on the flowers. Hopefully I will start soon so that I can start posting more goodies on here!

The pictures were taken by my cousin and her long term boyfriend. They are really big camera buffs and have different lenses and other gadgets. They had never really done a shoot per say... but were very excited. I mean I am still a little over a year out so we figured we could always try again or actually hire someone if they didn't turn out well- but we were so happy with the results!!!! A local carnival is coming down next weekend and since my theme is carnival-y, we are going for round two and taking advantage!! I am very excited to see the turn up. I also ordered red and pink Mickey head balloons!!

My cousin ( who is also one of my bm) posted all of the pictures on Fb and has gotten a lot of requests since then. They even decided to do this on the side since they both already have jobs... her name is Cindy and his is Eamonn, and they decided to name their business.... wait for it.... CINAMONN Photography. LOL All their maternity shoots are referred to as Cina-BUN in the oven & their kid shoots are Cina-MINI's.

They are too funny! I am glad it worked out on both our ends!!

I am hoping to get the ball rolling on some DIY projects soon, I have so many things I want to work on at once and instead I end up doing none! I need to stop procrastinating!!!

So since I really don't have any other updates, here are some more e-pics just for fun (These are un-edited):

I will be going for round 2 this weekend at a local fair... hopefully we can get good carnival-y pictures!

I have to admit that it started off like pulling teeth. It felt a little awkward trying to pose especially since I didnt want the pictures to look too stuffy... we were really overthinking it. I guess it made it easier that it was my cousin and her long term bf taking the pictures because they started making us laugh, and then we just started having fun with it. I was surprised at how easy going DF was...

Thanks! I can't take credit for any of it... I really just did my research online! I looked through so many e-pics as inspiration and found A LOT of ideas and then just incorporated them all into one! The coke bottle started off as a milkshake. I saw a couple who took pics at a local diner, they had the double straws and I figured I could do something similar "picnic style" (DF refused to take pictures at a restaurant) since I had seen other pictures at a picnic that I loved as well. Well at the very last minute we had to stop at Walgreens and they had these adorable vintage bottles in a Coke display at the front corner and I just had to have it!! They took another picture which I didn't upload of the coke bottle with my e-ring on the straw and then us kissing in the backround with the blurry effect? I have to add it so that you can see what I am talking about, someone joked that I should send it to Coke. LOL. You think they would give us a free year of coke or something?

Okay, after what you mentioned on my PJ I had to come back and look at your pictures again... and of course! Harry Potter! Looks like you've definitely got Order of the Phoenix there, and I think Half Blood Prince underneath it? Haha just another touch that I love!!
