Coronado Springs Resort and Hard Rock Hotel
Monday 22nd October 2007 Universal, Crazy Golf and Hooters!
Andrea chief planner, chief of money (for this holiday) and generally chief of everything.
Andy chief provider of money and unwilling participant of this holiday
Kara chief spender of money and very willing participant of this holiday due to the fact that Mum and Dad were paying.
Lucy chief of all red heads and chief moaner (especially in hot weather).
Ok after Christmas and New Year here are the final 4 days of our October trip (which now seem a life time ago)
Today was Universal day and we still get up at some ungodly hour and rush around the park as though our life depends on seeing everything
..one thing we are definitely not going to do on our next Florida trip.
Always something or someone to distract you from the dashing around..
Universal, was as always, empty and a breeze to get around.
Andy - do you really think that we believe you caught that on your fishing trip at Wilderness Lodge
Had lunch at the Beach Club..
Go on Kara you can fit it all in!!
Sunbathed in the afternoon (just for a change! ) and then got a taxi to the Volcano Crazy Golf, International Drive. Had a great time with Andy being the eventual winner and Lucy coming in last after taking 36 shots on one hole!!

Kara, stop messing around, this is a serious game.
Had a look round the shops in Pointe Orlando although compared with 4 years ago half of it seems deserted with shops shut and boarded up. It is such a shame because on our first ever trip to Florida we stayed opposite PO and had such fond memories of wandering across at night and buying bargains.
Went to Hooters where Kara bought 2 t-shirts and Lucy bought 3 pins and then we managed to share 50 chicken wings and 4 fries between us .yummy!
Kara got on really well with the girls and has ended up being in contact with one of them on Facebook since coming home. "I would like to be a Hooters girl" says Kara -yes Kara, fantastic career move.

Really enjoyed our night even though Andy takes the crazy golf just a little bit too serious for us!
Tomorrow: SeaWorld, Pirate Cove crazy golf (too take revenge on Andy
) and Tony Romas.
