Work, family, stress, good new, bad news, what the heck? I have been up and down for a couple weeks.

Ugh, I'm sorry things have been such a roller coast for you lately, Michele. Hang in there. Try to enjoy the time with your friend.
We still need to find a time to meet up. Maybe that will bring a nice distraction for us both!

Heck to the ya!! I have all my colored shirts (except the pink one), just need to do one blingy iron-on for the teal shirt and I'm good. I have what I'm wearing to the M&G (not sharing though - ha ha ). I also found the BEST exchange items ever and have those now too!

Lisa- That sounds like a great idea , I have no idea what to wear and I am sure I can come up with a tie dye. My creativity is a little lacking, I need inspiration/suggestions.

Hi girls! Life has been so busy here, and I'm pretty sure I'll never be able to keep up with the thread. Marty is now working at as a property manager, with.......wait for it..............................an actual paycheck!!!!!! The atmosphere is quite happy in our house these days. I'm still running the catering business, with the help of my little momma. We also have a part-timer to help us out. Good stuff.

The other exciting news is that I get to see my boyfriend a week from tomorrow! Oh, I'll get to see the rest of DLR too.

Good luck to the runners this weekend. You are all better than I.

I am so glad it's Friday. I don't think I could handle another weekday. This had been the longest week ever! lol

It didn't help matters this morning that I stayed up way too late last night. Ruben took Adam to see Terry Fator at the Mirage and I was waiting up for them. Normally I wouldn't allow that on a school night, but Ruben scored tickets for 15 bucks each!!

Couldn't pass up such a deal.
It wasn't super late, around 10 when they got home, but then Ruben and I stayed up talking and such and time just slipped away.
Anyway, the point of my rambling.....I'm tired!!

Hi Michelle! As soon as I logged on, I thought....hmmm, her sig looks familiar. lol Welcome back to the DIS and the trip. I'm glad you'll be able to join us!
We have three Michelles now.

I will go ahead and add you to the list. And if you want, you can post a picture and I will add that too. All of the important trip info will always be found on the first page so you don't have to read the entire thread, unless you want to.

Oh, almost forgot. I wanted to wish all of our Divas running at DL this weekend, good luck!!! I am so proud of you all for getting out there and doing this. You inspire me.


Also good luck to our scavenger hunt team, Melody, Trudi, Katie, Bridget, Jess, and Wendy, as they meet to plot and plan our next truly awesome hunt. I know you will do an incredible job, as always.

Tina, I wish you could have been here a week early! Or I could ahve gone a week later and be here for my birthday, lol.

A quick check in. I van't sleep in - even on vacation - and I've been up since before 6a. We ended up leaving about 5:45 yesterday and other than some traffic leaving home we were flying. I was concerned about the construction on I-5 but we reached it so late there was barely anyne there and we never dipped upnder 50 MPH. Checked into the HOJO just minutes before midnight and I was reminded why I love this place: the people that work here. It's my first time staying in Building 1 and our room is pretty gosh darn spacious. I love it.

My mom's debating on if she's going to go into the Parks with me today. She's still drained from yesterday so she might chill by the pool. If so I'm going to try and change my BLue Bayou ressie. Other than that I have the Health & Fitness Expo at the Disneyland Hotel and have fun!! I'm so excited to get going.

Trudi, Bridget, Mel, Katie, and Wendy I can't wait to see yu tomorrow to plan the hunt!!
