Good morning, ladies!

Hi ladies! I've been lurking in this thread for some time. I live a few minutes from DL and have a PAP and would like to join you for some of your activities (but due to work commitments could not get away for the entire time!) You guys sound like you are going to have a blast! I've looked at the schedule in the first post, but wasn't sure if some or all of the events (Blue Bayou, character breakfast, VIP tour) were filled or not. If someone can let me know I would appreciate it! Thanks for the open invitation to join you all!

I am not sure what is filled. The first post has the contact info for some of the activities going on. The meals cannot be added yet because it isn't 60 days out, so you are probably good. Tink33 is in charge of the VIP Tour.

How many of you ladies are planning to go back to the parks after dinner when it's open until Midnight?? I've never been to DL, so I'll be itching to get all the rides in I can. I have to hit every ride that is different or doesn't exist in WDW and ride some again because they look different at night.

I would love to go back to the parks. I am a total ride junkie and I have never been to CA so I am looking forward to that. I was kind of worried about how many would want to go back into the parks because I don't want to ride by myself and I want to make the most of the time I have there!

Oh and by the way - I FINALLY MADE MY RESSIE FOR HOJO!!!

So there you have it. Design #2 wins out by two votes. I did hear some concerns about it being the color pink, so we'll work something out color wise. I'll add some color choices to the link on the first page soon for you all to see.

Capri~ I like design #1 . It was my second choice. I didn't vote for it because lite pink isn't flattering with my skin tone. It washes me out . If the group decides on pink, I'll still take one .

Seems I'm playing roomie roulette for my trip. What fun!!!

Is there a deadline for signing up for the meals? I have to wrangler the roomies and get them to decide what meals we all want to do or not do.

I'm planning to go back to the parks after dinner, you betcha! And as an aforementioned roomie I'll let you know that I have not made any dinner ressies yet. This is Food and Wine time at DCA! But the events and dinners have not been announced yet. Once they are, and I get my foodie fix in place, I will then see what is still available for group dinners. Shelley, since you are the worlds pickiest eater, are you interested in the F&W activities? (ducking!)

I picked shirt number 2 with the secret hope we would end up picking a color other than pink.....but, I too will gamefully wear it in pink if that is what is the end choice!!

I want to go back to the parks at night too. I just have to remember to collect fast passes during the day so I can zip through the lines!!

I have never done tours and BB before. If we sign up for all these things, will we still have time to do ToT about a million times?

Thanks to all who are coordinating all of these things, some of us will just have to "show up!!" what fun!

Hi Cheryl!! Welcome to the group and the thread! Glad you decided to join us. I added your name to the list.

All the meals are still wide open at this point, so if you are interested in one, just look for the contact person for that meal and send them a PM. As for the tour, I think it's still open too so just send Tink33 a PM to sign up for that one.

If you have any other questions, just ask away!! And feel free to stop in and chat whenever you can.

Lunch: At the Blue Bayou around 11:30

Dinner: ???


I figured with such an early lunch, we'd either skip breakfast or eat whatever we brought in the room before we head out.

But with it being an early lunch, we'll probably be starving by the time dinner rolls around, and we don't have any plans for that yet.

I was just wondering what everyone's thoughts were on that?

Meal in the park? (that will be the day most people are there)
Counter Service?
Food and Wine booths?

Did Callie ever pick a day for Yamabuki?

A little bit. But I figure at Disney everyone is young at heart, so don't worry about age.

But I'll play..... I'm 36, married to high school sweetie, with 4 kids.

I'm more anxious to put faces to the names. As in pics...... hint, hint..... LOL

On our first ladies trip to WDW mostly everyone posted a pic so by the time the trip came around, I knew everyone as soon as I stepped off that bus.

I like the idea of doing the Food and Wine booths and/or counterservice. I think having more than one sit down meal in a day takes up too much park time.

Or we could eat at the Golden Horseshoe around the time the Billy Hill and the Hill Billies show is, then we can do dinner and a show. I LOVE that show plus they have funnel cake. Give me funnel cake for dinner and I'll be happy.

But we should stay close to the park, because doesn't the VIP tour include viewing to one of the night time shows??
