I busted up my toe when I was emptying the dishwasher earler. It's trobbing so bad.
I had to climb over the open dishwasher to get to the drawers on the other side, and my toe scraped against the thingy that holds the silverware, and it cut up my toe. OOOWWWW!
Blood was, like, pooling around my toenail. It hurts so bad still. I have Neosporin and a bandaid on it.

OUCH! I haven't done anything like that in a long time. *knocks on wood*

So my mom just told me and my sister that she has a date with this Phamaceutical Manager who is contracted by the place that she works. I mean I am happy for her, but it is still weird for me knowing someone other than my dad is going to go out and share time with my Mom. I know my Mom deserves to be able to date since my dad has been passed away for 5 years now, but the mental picture of someone other than my dad being with my Mom, holding her hand, kissing her is really weird.

i just got back from zach's house

Thanks Nana & Kate. I think I am going to have to let it all sink in a bit more and then I am going to talk to Erin(my big sister) and get her take on it. I mean there are many widows who date again, but it is just so weird to think my Mom would be one of those. I do want her to be happy though.

Yeah, I can definitely see how that's weird. But definitely give it time and see how you feel after you get used to it.
