Good Morning Girls!
Well, Marty spent the whole day down yesterday, and he seems a bit better today. but I am making him stay down and rest it so his back can heal. It makes more work for me, but at least I won't have any extra time to eat a bunch of junk today!

My bad. I couldn't figure out what wontons had to do with pirates, I figured it would of been eggroll wenches if food or other things were involved

Hi Ladies!

I am not able to check in much right now. Just too darn depressing for me, since I don't get to go. I am not as gracious as the other gals, just being happy for you all and living vicariously and what not. I mean I am happy for you and love you all and everything, but I am pea green with envy. Right now, reading the planning thread makes me feel resentful towards my husband because he doesn't just throw up his arms and say "I love you honey, and if Disneyland with the Divas makes you happy, then go." I mean he is a terrific guy and I love him more than anything, and would not change a thing about him. But he does not get the Disney thing, and he is very conservative financially, and is um, how do I say this, sort of frugal in regards to being spontaneous and frivilous. So poor me will be in Vegas with my hubby while you all are having fun at Disneyland. Now doesn't that sound pathetic!

I am really sorry your husband doesn't get the Disney thing. I am also really sad that you aren't coming this year - who will ride TOT with me over & over. Hope you have a good time in Vegas though! Once the monorail is up, you could sneak out for a quick DL fix from Vegas.

I'm glad he was able to rest. Ruben worked half a day and went to the quick care. They gave him some muscle relaxers and pain meds. He's still having a rough time though. And of course, he's back at work today.

Hope you have a good time in Vegas though! Once the monorail is up, you could sneak out for a quick DL fix from Vegas.

People who normally would be just at one place unwilling to do the drive across the desert will now do both. And if people can get to Anaheim and back in one day, many more will take a one day trip out to DL making the parks busier.

I know what you mean. DL already reaches capacity on weekends & high peak times. I just don't think it's going to actually happen though (or maybe that's just my wish). I read somewhere that there are like 8 times the number of annual passholders for DL than they had previously projected there would be when they tried to project in the 90's.
