Yesterday was pretty busy for me. I had to go in to work and there were TONS of bills to pay since things have been really slow at work and we didn't have the money to pay anything. I SURE hope 10 is a better year for mom's business cuz being that it is a family business it REALLY stresses me out when there is not enough money to pay the bills. Plus I feel guilty for even taking my paycheck but esp right now I NEED it! I just dropped about 1200 this morning between our rent, phone bill and cable bill. OUCH! That really hurts when you have no money coming in. EEK! I sure hope shane gets his first unemployment check next week!!!
Yesterday mom called and reserved my aunt's room for her since she is in Colorado for the holidays. The guy on the phone told me the reason tratoria is being shut down is they are re-doing it for priority seating for World of Color. They are going to offer packages like the fantasmic buffet!!
That might be something fun to try next year!!
Donna I am glad you had fun at the Getty. I have never even been there but my parents have and said it is fab!
Anyway after getting home last night we just vegged and watched tv and I went to bed at 9 but Shane and the girls stayed up and then Katy woke me up at 2 feeling sick. She could NOT be consoled and I was SO tired but I finally gave her some alka seltzer and that helped thank goodness!
Today I am hopefully going to run out with mom and she needs to get one more thing for Katy's birthday and then tonight we MAY go see Blind Side. I really wanted to see 2012 but never got around to it before it left the theaters so I hope we get to see this cuz I know it is supposed to be good. Then tomorrow we will go to mom's and she is talking about making lobster bisque YUM and we are going to let Katy have some cinnamon rolls and whatever else she wants for breakfast. Then we are probably going to just let Katy open her gifts and some friends of moms are going to come over and we will hopefully play taboo or trivial pursuit.
I don't know WHAT we are doing on NY day. We were going to try and go up to truckee but just can't afford that right now and I still have to pay for Katy's party on Sat! Sooo we will prob just hang out round here.
Not looking forward to going back to the grind on the 4th BUT I am hoping to start back in exercising and back to eating better and HOPEFULLY can lose some weight before the trip. I have put back on 10 lbs of the 30 I had lost
And I still want to lose ANOTHER 10 on top of that so now I am back to needing to lose 20. UGH! It's my own fault though so I just have to bust my butt to get back in gear!

I ended up giving away 2 moving boxes full of clothes, plus another tote bag full of clothes. I also filled a moving box full of shoes, had a luggage bag filled with purses and other bags, and a garbage bag full of flip flops. UGH! I couldn't believe how much stuff I had crammed in there. But at least someone will be able to use it all I hope. I am exhausted though.
