You know it kind of gives me a chuckle to think about her on a scooter. In my mind I'm seeing "The Little Old Lady From Pasadena."Absolutely!!!! I completely understand.
If she hasn't used a scooter before she may resist you--take her to a supermarket or Costco--they have free ones you can use their to get her used to the idea. My Mom loves her scooter and knows she would not be able to go but for the scooter.
When we go to Dland we don't concentrate on the rides as much as the shows, parades and breathing in the atmosphere. I'm very careful to make sure if we go on a ride that she doesn't have to walk very far--just a few steps--holding on to me. If the boyfriend isn't with us then we don't go on rides like Pirates because I cannot lift her out--and she may or may not have the strength to do so. And the CMs are not allowed to help either.
If you get a hotel room close to the park she could go back and take a rest in the afternoon too--that would help.

She would be able to get in and out of vehicles no problem. So that is a plus. On a side note..........I didn't know that CMs could not assist guests. Well that is sad.

I totally agree that it would be more for atmosphere than rides. I would love for her to see the fireworks

I will be spending a few days around Christmas with my Sisters. Maybe we could get something together then.
Thanks for your encouragement.
