Is that like Chester the Molester?

Kelly, you need a clone!

Did you take your sig pic from a photopass of a person in front of the castle? I have almost the same pic, but with the very top of hubby's head in it, b/c he wanted a photo of the castle done up like that, but the PP person wouldn't take a pic of just the castle. I cropped heavily. :)

Actually the pic has all of us in it but the site crops us out! stupid siggy rules. :rolleyes1

This is what the pic REALLY looks like. LOL

Tonight we are going out for his birthday.

Happy birthday Beth!!

Happy Birthday Beth!! Have a good time with your "beef cake" I mean birthday cake! YUM!!

Well ladies, we're off to DL on Sunday morning! Anyone need anything? I'll try to post while down there, as I have a terrible memory and will forget nearly everything by the time I'm home LOL.

I will be there on Sunday afternoon. Keep an eye out for me.

Is that like Chester the Molester?

Yeppers.

Wow, sounds busy but fun! I'd love to do a scary movie marathon. Which ones do you have planned? Maybe I'll get some ideas.

I have the Scream Trilogy but that's too violent for the twins. They like When a Stranger Calls and Joy Ride, but we've seen them tons of times.

Have you seen Vacancy? That was a good one too.

I saw that there is a Joy Ride 2 out. I don't think it ever went to the theaters though. Straight to DVD.

My youngest nephew loves gory scary movies. He's almost 9. When I told him we were having a scary movie marathon he asked if he could bring his own. I asked him like what....he wants to bring The Grudge, Texas Chainsaw Masacare and Saw. :scared1: I told him we would just get something at Blockbuster.

I plan on getting the original Halloween. If its in, I may try to get The Stangers. I plan on getting older ones though. Not too gory, more suspensful.

Ok What's beer pong?

Ping pong ball, beer, good aim. That about sums it up.

(off to find more MAN-PORN before DBF shows up)

mmmmmm, man porn!

Just bought our airline tickets!~ Woo Hoo...that makes it really official! For anyone going out of seattle...The airfare went down on the outbound day! We got our flights for 250 round trip including tax. Not bad...not great but not bad!

I got an award at work today...a monetary award! Completely unexpected but sooooo nice!

Hope everyone is having a great day. I don't have time right now to read back but for those that haven't booked your hotel yet...get going.

Beth, what do you mean you might not have a roommate?!?! You are welcome to be in Heather's and my room if you need to! I will even take the roll a way! You absolutely have to go!

Sarah

Hi All,

We just got back from a week at DLR!! So much fun but I am exhausted. It was crowded but I was suprised at how many rides were a walk on.

Anyways, I just tried to catch up with the threads....

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BETH!!! Hopefully you are enjoying a night out on the town.

I am up for any and all scheduled meals. Since I will be coming solo I won't know what to do myself kidless!!

And did I read right that I need to choose between the VIP tour and Blue Bayou?? Oh man, I've never done either so that will be a tough decision.

I think the tie die shirts are AWESOME! But I would be up for purchasing 2 different ones also.

PLEASE don't make me create a shirt. I will never get it done and my only chance would be having my kids do it for me and you can only imagine how that would come out.

I like the tink pic also!!

Did I answer everything??

Oh and did I see mention of a Las Vegas Ladies trip?? I wouldn't even have to leave home!!

The best parts of my trip this week was my splurge on an AP!! My first ever!! And making my reservation this morning for my HoJo room for the ladies trip in March. I love my kids with my whole heart, but while at DLR this week I kept catching myself thinking of all the things I could do when I will be there in March...look in the stores with kids whining, go on rides I want to go on, people watch and notice all the little details you miss when you are concentrating on not running your stroller into strangers...and so on and so on.

Hope you are all well. I am counting down the days till March!!

Amy

Would anyone be up for doing some sort of exchange for the trip? I was just remember a few fun things we did at cheer camp and one was that we always did an exhange. Thought it might be fun. Not everyone would need to participate, just those who want to. Let me know if anyone is up for that and I can get it coordinated.

and Beth--I hope you have a lovely birthday--do you have anything special planned?
Nope, not really. We are just hanging out. Ruben was going to take us all out to eat but I told him I'd honestly just rather order in. Yeah, I'm lazy.

Lion King is coming?? I would love to see that!!
If there were to be a girls wknd in Vegas, I would SOOOOOOOOOO be
there!!!!!!!!!!
Everyone keeps saying that...... Well come on girlies!!! Get your butts out here!

Don't hesitate to share with the group. :rolleyes1
Hey, it's MY birthday! Any man-porn she finds is all mine!!

Happy birthday Beth!!
Thanks! And tell him some strange lady on the DIS said Happy Birthday to him. Have fun tonight!!

Happy Birthday Beth!! Have a good time with your "beef cake" I mean birthday cake! YUM!!
Thanks! Yum indeed.

Here is a more recent pic.

OMG, Saw for a 9 year old!!
I am not into those Saw movies. They are too gruesome for me. I like a good scary movie. Those aren't scary, just gross. LOL

Thanks Sarah! I'm hoping January will make it. She'll need a break by then. I'll know more later but my fingers are crossed for her.

Nope, chilling at home tonight. But thanks for the b-day wish.

That's why I always say you cannot compare a trip with family to a ladies only trip. They are both great but for totally different reasons. I can't wait either!!

Sure, I'm up for anything. What were you thinking?

I know, those Saw movies are gross. But he loves them. He is a Halloween baby, (a few days late though) and loves scary gross gory and plain ick. I prefer suspense.

Well, back in my cheer camp days we did a bunch of different exchanges. My fave was a pillow case exchange. Everyone who was participating, decorated a pillow case. Then we exchanged them when we got to camp. In fact, I still have mine. That was just one thought.

Ahhh, a Halloween baby. Very cool. We rented Hostel when it first came out and I couldn't even watch it. I wasn't scared in the least, it was just gross and not what I wanted to see. It's so hard to find a good, make you jump in your seat, scary movie, kwim?

A pillowcase exchange sounds so fun!! How did you decorate them? What materials did you use? Are they safe to actually sleep on or just more decorative?

The one I received I was able to actually sleep on. The girl did an iron on of sleepy bears going up stairs and then "painted" it in. It was adorable. Like I said before, I still have mine. The person who got the one I made would only have used it as a decorative case since I did mine all in rhinestones. Some people puffy painted theirs, others had buttons or pictures on them. They can be very elaborate if you want, or very simple. If someone was really crafty I'm sure they could do something really cool. Heck, you can add some lace and beads and make it pretty. Or you can make one with hidden Mickey's on it. It would all be up to the person who is creating it.

Wendy and I were talking about the movie ...The Others... i loved that movie. It was so well done.

I guess that is more suspense. Those are the kind i can do.

Stacerita..that sounds fun. What a good idea you had.

I never saw the Others. Was it any good?

And I can't take credit, it was something I did back in my cheer days. I just happened to remember it is all.

The others is one of my favorites. It's spooky and suspenseful. The camera work was wonderful. I Loved the ending.

Watch it Watch it and then pm me what you thought of it.
