I hope everyone is having a good evening! I'm in the throes of homework hell. LOL Why do teachers insist on giving so much homework??? Isn't 6 1/2 hours of school work enough for one day?

Anyway, once Ruben gets home I've got to run out to the store for some ingredients to make that hashbrown casserole recipe. They are having a breakfast potluck tomorrow at his work, and I thought I'd send that in.

Yes, that's it for me. I have been getting my cards and it is so fun! I love the disney, but I also loved the pretty cards, and the funny cards. They are all just fun to get. My son and I really loved the "eggnog" card to day. Thanks Heather!

I've seen those three already so I won't be going again. Of those three I liked KA the best, then Zumanity and finally Mystere. But they are all good.

I went to the gym today and burned about 430 calories! It helped SOOO much.

OMyGosh! We leave in the morning..

I'm sitting here with my laptop on the bed and my husbands laptop on the bed..with 4 windows open on his to southwest and 4 windows on mine to southwest to log in all 8 members of our family for boarding passes for the 2 flights we will have tomorrow. I have all the info filled in with boarding pass numbers and names. Wow..this is the time a little monkey butler would really come in handy.

Oh how exciting! Have a GREAT time!!

Good Morning everyone! Well last night I only got 2 episodes of lost in because would you believe I accidently bought the blue ray version? Oh brother! Eventhough we plan on buying a blue ray in a few weeks I can't wait that long! I MUST have my fix NOW I tell you! So anyway I had to drive all the way back to target to exchange it. But anyway it was nice to watch the old episodes because sometimes during the season I miss parts because I fall asleep or I am gone during an episode or whatever. I think, if I remember correctly, it was on at 10 last season which was ridiculous! I had to tivo it a lot as it was.

But anyway going back to watch it is great cuz I pick up stuff I missed the first time round. I have like 5 shows on dvd that I HAD to have. Lost, Friends, Ghost Whisperer and Charmed. Also Little House on the Prarie cuz that was my FAV show growing up and the kids and I love to watch.

But anyway I could probably have lots more if I wanted to go nutso but there is only so much space and those others I HAD to have LOL. Charmed is one of my all time fav shows and I nearly cried when it went off the air and GW is another fav. Any watchers? I couldn't believe when they killed off Melinda's hubby. But Lost is one of my all time new favs.

Anyway got LOTS accomplished yesterday and now today I get to wrap it all. Also my photopass cd came in so I am going to go pick it up and deliver the candy to the people at work when I pick it up and dh even remembered to take the candy to the people at his. (unbelievable, he usually forgets two or three times! ) And then tomorrow is the big field trip.

The kids are going to a show called Holiday Tapestry so I am actually looking forward to it and my ribs are feeling a little better so hopefully it is ok.

And of course every day I look froward to going to the post office to see if there are any new cards. This has been really fun! I'm glad we did this!

I've also determined, after looking at pics from my trip and then some from my prior trips to DL during the holidays, that I like DL better during the holidays. I think the decorate a lot more. I think the only thing I am going to miss is the Osborne Lights.

Anyway I am off today to wrap wrap wrap and get my photopass pics developed so I will check in later this afternoon.

Hey little black rain cloud ...how are you doing?

Kelmac... i *love* to do marathons of the same show... it's a luxury indulgence.. so much fun in the winter ..to plan yummy food to make.. build a fire then stay in and watch a marathon of a series. We often never see a series until it's through, so it's a great way to catch it. We would have never seen Malcolm in the Middle if not for the DVD sets..and now we love that series..too funny! I hope your rib continues to heal and not give you pain.

JordansMomma.. didn't you love Mystere? it's like a painting come to life. I loved it, and couldn't wait to take my parents and children. Has your little boy left yet? Have You start redecorating his room yet? Are you still going to do that? Have i asked all of my 20 questions?

Oh Fairykin I am so excited for you. Now I don't know are you going to DisneyLAND or DisneyWORLD. I was a bit confused by your ticker because you say Mickey's Very Merry Christmas party and I know they only have that at the World but yet underneath it says Disneyland. I know you probably said it in a post way back but I must have missed it. Either way I know you will have a GREAT time!!

I just love these places at the holidays. I must admit they seem drab any other time after seeing them all decorated up!

I bet you are just beside yourself waiting to leave! I know I always am. Well have a fabulous time and can't wait to hear all about it when you get back! You better do a trip report and show us lots of pics!!

Kelley... how funny!!!!! i didn't even notice it was mickey's party in disneyworld.. let's just say i'm having an alice in wonderland moment..okay ..we're going to disneyland..our first time at christmas.. i'm so happy to get to share it with my mom..noone loves christmas more than she does.. her home is on the tour of homes every year.. she has collected snow village since the first year they made it..she decorates so exquisitely... she is going to love seeing all the decorations...i wish my father could go but his heart is not so good.. so my daughter and her husband will be checking on him alot..and we will call too.

i'm all organized.. now i'm just waiting around like ...with nothing to do.

Heather: I hope you can make at least one day for the ladies' trip. I have to tell you--do you remember giving me your little wine glass from the Food and Wine festival? It is absolutely my favorite wine glass! (Must find more.)

Hope everything is ok with you--I know about ups and downs in life (having some myself at the moment). I thought of you too when we did the Halloween Tour (I think you would have enjoyed portions of it!)

I love that show! I watched it all the time as a kid.
The only tv show I buy the DVDs for are the original 90210. My kids are hooked on it now, so we buy them and watch them together. Brings back memories for me from high school and right after.

No you don't. Too freakin hot!!!
But I have to admit they do have awesome deals. We haven't paid full price for anything since we moved here. Not even the buffets. The Rio offers their breakfast for locals for $5.99 when it's normally $13.99.
And we've seen several shows for free like Danny Gans and some other lesser shows. You just can't step foot outside from May until October without feeling like you stuck your head in an oven. LOL

Didn't you love Zumanity?!?!? That show was awesome. I don't know why some people said they didn't like it. I guess if you are really conservative I can see being put off by some of the things. Lord knows I don't have that problem.
Mystere was certainly good, but in my opinion it paled in comparison to KA and Love. Those were spectacular.

I know about ups and downs in life (having some myself at the moment).
