I don't have time to read and reply to anything just now, but wanted to show you my new wreath. I bought it at the Disney Store and dang thing was falling apart when I took it out of the box, so I got my glue gun out and then added a bit more embellishments.

I must have missed the Bratz doll talk..lol.

DD just bought her first one with her birthday money in November. I thought it was cute. The doll is wearing a ballerina costume and has other performance outfits. The only thing that I thought was trashy was her lipliner.

LOL! That sounds cute. Noelle has so many dolls. Over 45 Barbie's and Bratz. She doesn't play with them anymore, and yet she won't give them away.

I have 3 ipods, a regular one, a nano, and a shuffle. I would say ge tthe nano for sure. The shuffle is great for walking and running. I put my playlist on it, and go. I can not see what song is playing or coming up next, and I can not scroll through my songs and pick them out. (I can forward through a song though.)

The nano has a screen. I can set up different playlists, and choose from them. I can scroll through songs, and choos ewhat I want. I can watch videos on it, and put pictures on it. The nano does sooo much more than the shuffle does. I'd say the shuffle is a great add on to your collection for quick and small music listening, but for normal everyday use, the nano would be best.

My regular ipod is full of childrens music, and is in my sons room. I have 5 lullaby playlists on it for him, plus playtime lists. He loves listening to music. It sits in a speaker base for him to lissten. It serves as a stereo for us. I love my nano becuase it does everything the big regular one does, but is smaller and more cool looking (colors!).

That's my 2 cents on the ipods!

So it sounds like I get to go to Disneyland for my birthday next month! My mom and friend both are pushing for me to go and it sounds like they are going to make it happen one way or another. At this point, I don't really care about staying at the DLH...although it would be nice!

Well, 45 total, not each. LOL Then then twins combined have maybe.....oh, 15-20. They'd all get them for Christmas and birthdays from me and all the family like aunts, Grandparents, etc. It was an easy and cheap gift. Now I am having such a hard time shopping for them, that I wish they'd still play with dolls.

Awww, I'm sorry. I'll buy you a Barbie roomie! She can be our room mascot! LOL

My girls played with Barbies, and yet they are not frilly, girly girls, they are more tomboyish then anything.

They played with Bratz and you don't see them wearing high heels or covered in make-up. I've tried to get Noelle into make-up and she wants nothing to do with it.

They played with the Princess dolls and yet the have no plans to sit around waiting for some prince to rescue them. Noelle wants to be a veterinarian and as of right now Lindsey says she doesn't want to get married. LOL!
So I guess I've been lucky. Toys are just toys to them. They really don't read too much into it.

Heather, thanks for the info on Bratz. That's crazy. How can they claim that? The Bratz look nothing like Barbie at all.
Barbie's just jealous.
My girls loved the Bratz dolls (and Barbie too, but not as much) but this is the first year none of them have asked for any dolls at all. First they outgrew the Disney cartoons and now they are outgrowing dolls.

I might buy a few anyway. Just to have. So thanks for that info.

I read about the lawsuit. It turns out the creator/designer of Bratz worked for Mattel at one point in time. When the designer worked at Mattel is when he created the design for Bratz dolls. That drawing/ideas/etc was determined to be property of Mattel due to the contract the designer was under.

I called vaca planners, and guest services, and supposedly they have NO information, or listing of pirates going down. They did say when I mentioned the rumor of roof repairs they said if they did repairs like that then blue b would be closed, but as of now there is nothing showing it going down. Same when I asked about Jack Sparrow being removed they were shocked, and had never heard that one. They did say there would be a new parade to replace the current one. I was interested in the big thunder bbq, so that maybe fun also, then we can all go spin ourselves silly after lunch on the dun dun dun dun TEACUPS!!!!

Hey!!! I saw maybe 3 of those left at our disney store. Ours did not sell out to childrens place` I was there monday they had the 40% off sale going. I kind of wanted the wreath, but even the ones at our store looked a bit beat up. I'm gonna go by there tomorrow. I had dd with me last time, and couldnt sneak her one of the princess babies, she also wants the sleeping beauty throne, and the giant talking sleeping beauty doll.

Our Disneyland trip yesterday was tons of fun, we didn't ride much but we ahd a great time anyways.
It was pretty busy, way busier than I imagined.

Hey Miss Dawn,

I was gone almost all day yeasterday, starting off with helping my oldest DD in her classroom. Then off to shopping, and then doing a ton of . You know the rest.............

We are going out of town tomorrow at the crack of dawn, to spend time with my DH's side of the family for Christmas. I know it's kind of early, but when you have 3 married children, work and school, it's hard to get everyone together. And that is just my family. My DH's brother lives here too, so we had to get that side figured out too. So we are off to SoCal for the weekend. So close to DL and sooooooooo far away. Wish we could pop over, but that would not go over so well with DH's family.

Welcome home Kelly!! Can't wait to hear about your time. When we were there over Christmas in 2005, the Candlelight Processional was my highlight. Also wish we could have Mickey's Philharmonic here at DL!

Today, I get to have the dreaded mammogram. And I'm somewhat tender. Should make for a very nice experience. Then I'm hoping to squeeze in a haircut, and get some groceries to make goodies for this weekend.
