The monkey bride is the coolest ever! She comes out when the NBC overlay comes out. She's dressed as a bride and has a glowing red heart.

Huh. We went on that so many times this last trip, and I guess I missed it each time.

You know you love me, Auntie Mel!!!!

If you're not looking for the monkey bride, you wont see the monkey bride. Especially if you don't know where to look for her.

So see everyone, even Disneyland supports my monkey obsession! :rotfl2:

OMG, 3 hours???? Wow. I think the longest I ever waited was for Splash Mountain shortly after it opened. We waited for a little over 2 hours.
Never again!!! LOL

That is so true. :)

OK, so it seems we have a couple interested in doing PFF. I'll add it to the schedule for Friday morning? Unless anyone else can think of a better time? :confused3 I know early is better and it seems like a nice way to start off the day. princess:
But if anyone has a better idea, please let me know. I won't be making a list, whomever wants to go can just meet up there in the morning. Or we can head over as a group from the hotel, either way.

The longest I waited was 1.5 hrs for Finding Nemo last year. I was determined that we were going to ride it before we left!! My oldest kept running off and went on the Matterhorn a few times.

I'm picturing a bunch of hungover princesses! :rotfl:

umm...Coffee will fix that..and a nice shower...

Beth- I am good for breakfast at any time.

You should have tagged along with your DH and we could have hung out! ;)
The Bellagio is beautiful! The fountains are my favorite thing to see on the whole Strip.

I don't really have any plans for tomorrow, but Sunday I am meeting up with Amy (Bigskyernurse) and Jane (cheshiregirl) for the first time! :dance3: We are going to do some shopping at the Disney outlet and then go to lunch at California Pizza Kitchen. I can't wait!

Then that evening, we are going to Chuck E Cheese for my DD's birthday, followed by cake and presents at home. Busy day Sunday. But fun. :)

Sounds like fun.
Yes, my son is 12. This is the first time his brother and him have had seperate rooms. I am not sure how I will decorate it. But I am sure I will figure something out. New paint, blankies, sheets, pillows, a TV, a few shelves. Curtains or blinds. I am not sure.

I love the Bellagio!! The fountains are one of my faves also. Besides the volcano. and Margaritaville, M&M world...

Awww...Chuck E. Cheese. How fun.

So I was reading an article by Reuters on the Yahoo! Movie news page and while reading, stumbled across this:

"In "New Moon," Edward leaves Bella, sending Bella into a depression and a friendship with another vampire. In the third book, "Eclipse," that relationship triangle evolves, while evil empires begin to pursue Bella."

So all you people who have read New Moon, do you think they are referring to Jacob Black?! 'Cause that's a bit WRONG, in facts I mean. So I emailed Reuters to make the correction if that is what they meant.

Oh and I they included a spoiler about the last book :sad2: I didn't want to read that!!!

Lol, I think they are referring to Jacob, and in that case, they may want to check their facts ;)

Beth...Pizza Tease.

Well those smoked figs were not my favorite thing.. but my Dad liked them.:confused3 ..everything else was yummy.

hhmmmm... i think a fig dipped in caramel might be really good...then rolled in broken salted pistachios..

Oops.. time for the Malcom in the middle marathon to begin:rotfl:

Hope you're all having a good day so far!!! :)

I am having a virgin margarita party for my workers here tonight. They have been busting their butts lately so I thought a little pick me up is just what we need.

You know you love me, Auntie Mel!!!!

Well I've been on this attraction many times too, and do not remember any "monkey bride." Me thinks you are making this up, and trying to make your Aunt and Mom look gullible. :snooty:

I'm with you Mel. We rode this ride 5 times over 3 days during the last trip back over Halloween weekend and my DH and I were obsessing over finding the monkey bride with no luck whatsoever... I'm beginning to think it's a myth!

There is some sort of "bride" that you can see on that ride. Not sure if I would call it a monkey bride though. But its there.

Yeah! I know there is a bride too.

When the bride's image changes, is that when she becomes the "phantom" monkey?
