Bleh! BAD NEWS!!!!![]()
I just got off the phone with Disney Dining and was told that Carnation Cafe will not take large party reservations at all. Party of six is as large as they will go.![]()
I was kind of afraid of that. Shoot. So now we have to decide what to do instead. She said in the parks the places that will take a large party reservation are:
Blue Bayou (which we are already doing for lunch, and some people already did last time)
Cafe Orleans (I'd eat there again, but seems like some of you didn't care for it so I'm not sure if you'd want to do it again.)
Wine Country Trattoria in DCA (We had a small meet there in June and I think we were all happy with our food/service.)
So I need thoughts, opinions and ideas on what you'd like to do that night.
Oh, and I know some of you mentioned you'd be willing to make a reservation, but then won't we all get different times?![]()
All in all, I'd actually prefer trying Wine Country Trattoria. I've not been terribly impressed with Carnation.
weird day.![]()
i said the pic made me hungry for pizza because i love thin cheese pizza..and it made me hungry for pizza and so i ordered a thin cheese pizza for dinner and now i'm not hungry for a thin cheese pizza.

This is the one I used and Ruben's coworkers seemed to love it. LOL

OK, so a Sunday then! Sometime in November? Let me check Ruben's schedule just to double check though. He is supposed to be off Sundays, but he's always picking up so many days I can't keep up! LOL
Hey, we were just at the outlet today! He was off so we went to the Bellagio to see the Fall decorations, then kept going to the Disney outlet. I saw Outback Steakhouse, IHOP, Chilis, Chipotle, Panda Express, and Raising Canes that we could choose from.
Also have either of you Vegas gals been to the Town Square shopping area? It's only a few blocks down from the outlets and has tons of shops and eateries. http://www.townsquarelasvegas.com/go/dirListing.cfm?CurrCat=2138210759
California Pizza Kitchen (where we had lunch today), Claim Jumper, Texas de Brazil, Tommy Bahama's Cafe, just to name a few. So that might be another option. We can eat and shop all day!

Want to change your mind now??![]()

Good grief that posted twice! Sorry 'bout that.
Are any ladies interested in going to the Cove Bar for lobster nachos and drinks while we are there? I have heard a lot about this place, but have never spent any grown up time there.
Carnation will work as long as we make ressies the first day they are available and have several different ladies make them. We won't be seated together, but we'll fill the place for sure!![]()
