Well it is raining in California people. Raining!!

Katie, I think we have all done some rides we were warned of. When I was about 8 weeks pregnant with my first, I went on Colossus at Magic Mountain. Now that was stupid. But back then, (30 years ago), no one warned of riding. All I can remember is hanging on for dear life with one hand, and holding my breasts with the other, cuz they were so tender. (Was that OK to share here?)
Your son is so handsome. I love his "mean football" look. Isn't it amazing how that look changed, when he and his friends were having so much fun. I love it!! What a fun trip!!!

Good Morning! Anyone else waking up with a huge sugar hangover?

I'm off today to work the Junior Handler ring in the USDAA (dog agility) nationals that are running in Scottsdale. My dd does dog agility and working events like this helps her pay for her classes.

Stacie - Ryan's tooshie! Run away! Run away! Keep that thing faaaaar away from me. Ewwww, nasty, gross. Katie should give Ryan her sweatshirt to cover it up! Who is in the brown shorts? Was that Capri's friend? Much cuter butt, IMO! -- not that I'm a butt looker, or a cheeky monkey. . .

Melody -- send that rain our way!! PLEASE!!??? It was 94 degrees here yesterday, and they're predicting 92 today. Ugh. . . I want FALL and I want it NOW!!

I hope Cheryl and her mom are enjoying the World at a nice leisurely pace.

Anyway yes it is raining cats and dogs and luckily our soccer coach cancelled our game for today. Dh and I had some words too cuz he was going to make them play if they didn't cancel and I was like HECK no (and I didn't say heck either ) cuz they JUST missed a week of school and are missing three MORE days when we go to Florida. I wasn't going to chance them getting strep or worse playing in the rain! So I am glad the coach grew a brain. It has been raining non-stop all night long and is supposed to rain all day! BLEH! But we need the rain so it is good I guess.

Thought I would share some pics from last night.

These are my babies. Katy is Elizabeth swan and Shelby is Jasmine of course.

And this is from the hay ride that we do at my parents place. Shelby is in the back with the neighbor kids.

And this was Katy on the way home being a goof ball putting the candy bag on her head.

And I said I would share this one. She decided she didn't want to give anyone her pink eye so she made this "mask" and taped her kleenex to her shirt LOL.

Anyway hope everyone had fun last night and hey it is november. I leave for my trip THIS month!!! Woo Hoo!

Just to set the record straight, I did not make Katie do anything at Knott's! In fact, I'd never been on Ghost Rider, while she had. I was the innocent on that ride. I'll never go back on it, I was miserable!!

Ours went well. The girls had fun trick or treating with me, while Ruben and Adam passed out candy. Lots of kids came by. Ruben had the outside all decorated with music playing, fog machines, a graveyard, pumpkin patch, etc. Couple people took pics, everyone said it was "cool". LOL

I spent ALL MORNING packing up the stuff inside and out, and working on organizing the garage. I'm so tired! But it's all done, and I've got a few Thanksgiving things out now.

You ARE good beth. I probably should put my halloween stuff away but we took the kids to see High School Musical 3 today, which was GREAT by the way! Probably will start taking it down tomorrow after church. I don't have a lot of halloween decs anyway and have even LESS thanksgiving stuff. We DO usually start decorating for Christmas though the day after thanksgiving but we will be in Florida so we will get a late start on that this year since we won't even get home till Dec 2nd and that is a TUES and so we will probably have to put our tree and stuff up that weekend. EEK!

It's a sickness. I can't stand stuff out for very long. I don't like a lot of stuff around me. I'm always throwing things away. Always.
And when we got back from vacation this last time, I was so tired, it was like 7 at night, and yet I would not go to bed until I had everything unpacked, put away, luggage put away, clothes washing, etc.

Glad you liked the movie. We went to Disneyland for a week last December and I felt like I spent the rest of the month playing catch up! Trying to shop, decorate, bake, do missed homework, etc. Ugh. Hopefully it won't be that way for you.

I can't believe how it's been raining here all day today. My satellite is going in and out (I'm sure it's doing this as it almost never rains here. We joke that we get 360 days of sunshine a year. I guess today is 1 of our rainy days.

I'm a lot like you. Can't stand the clutter, and often times get in trouble for throwing stuff (important stuff) away. Hey, if it sits on the floor for 3 days without being moved, how important is it really?? However, unpacking after a vacation is one thing that I always let sit for a while. I think it's just pouting and being in denial that vacation is over.

I just took down all my Halloween decorations and mowed the back yard. Dang, it's blasted HOT out there. Feels about 100 degrees. I'm spending the rest of the day in the A/C!

Enjoy all the rain you Central and Northern CA people! Doesn't look like we'll be getting any.

I LOVE the tinkerbell shirt!!!

Good! That is the same Tink shirt everyone seemed to like earlier, but instead of each person's name on it, I asked everydaymathchick, the one who designed it, to put the Girls Only Trip wording on there.

To ask her to design shirts with over 50 different names would be too much to say the least, lol, so I thought that would be a way we could still use that design with less hassle for her.

There is no date so it can be worn again and again. I remember that being one request.

I guess we'll wait and see what everyone thinks.

I throw important stuff away too. LOL I'm always going through the closets too. If it hasn't been worn in the last 6-12 months, it never will be and out it goes.

We are finally going to get some cooler air here. Temps later this week should be in the low 70's. 'Bout damn time!

Ok, so I know you made tees for the ToT party for your family. How hard was it and are you going to talk us all through it???
This is one of those designs we'd all be printing off ourselves. Which I still think in the long run is easier because everyone can pick out EXACTLY what style, size, and fit of white shirt they want it on. As long as it's white we should all be matching enough, don't ya think?
