I like Simon.....he's the only one that's truthful with these kids..... but I agree Paula is a dingaling......or she has some really good drugs!!
I know a lot of people think Simon is too harsh, but if they're going into the music business they'd better get used to it.....it's a cut-throat world out there. Paula fills these kids head with visions of stardom when most of them won't make it & then they fall hard. Can't candy-coat reality & she's obviously living in "Wonka-land".......

What a shocker Idol was last night....not the elimination but who was almost eliminated.......WHAT???? Granted, I agree that was not one of Adam's best performances....but bottom 2....give me a break!

Good morning ladies.

Let's see here......

For those who like to text, so do I. I just got a new phone about 5-6 days ago. It's an enV2, and I really like it! LOVE having a full keyboard. Plus, it's a pretty phone as far as cell phones go. Mine is a maroon-wine color.

Reality shows - We only watch Idol and Dancing with the Stars. I LOVE Idol. I couldn't believe last night.....Adam in the bottom two?!? What the fudge?!! I like Simon too. I can't wait to hear what he has to say when he critiques a performance. And those annoying or puzzled looks Simon gets on his face when Paula is talking are priceless! That's why I like Paula on the show too.....just for the sheer comedy factor.

Lost - We've watched it over the last few years, but this year we haven't watched it as much. We totally missed the episode from last night. Whoops.

Also, I'm thinking about lightening up my hair again to a lighter brown. I think maybe my dark brown is too dark. I don't know?

And I may be getting a new car soon. We have too many older vehicles, and a couple of them NEED to go. I think I'm going to get a new Ford Envoy. We're still looking though, plus it'll depend on what we can get for trade-in values on our Chevy truck and For T-bird. If the trade-in values are just too low ball, we'll have to sell the truck and t-bird ourselves, and that could take awhile.

I watch Dancing, that's my favorite reality show!! We actually only watch a few reality shows, Dancing, AI, sometimes that home makeover show with Ty on it and really that's it. Unless you count things like Mythbusters, Smash Lab or Ghost Hunters. lol

It was Matt Giraud. But the bottom three last night were Matt, Kris Allen, and Adam Lambert. I cannot believe Adam was in the bottom three and Danny and that girl were not.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Danny win it all....he's a clean cut american boy with a sad back story....... idol fans eat that up. Adam's issues are the "gay" factor.....I say...who cares?!! But a lot of people do. I think Allison is amazing....that voice shouldn't be coming out of a now 17 yr old!!! I think that's where the audience gets confused....she'd probably sail thru & win it if she was early 20's. Is it just me or does Kris sound JUST LIKE Keith Urban...... don't believe me...go listen to a Keith Urban song & then Kris....it's scary similar.
I like Matt when he stuck to the R&B, soulful stuff but he made it pretty clear he wanted to do pop & rock.....his voice doesn't fit that style. Those were the weeks he sucked.......

Ok, that's my Idol review....I'll be back in my trailer with hair & make-up...let me know when it's go time!!!!

My favorite is Danny.... he grips my heart, but Adam just rocks! I think Adam or Danny will win... I hope its Danny though. I can see how either one will win AND how either one could come in second, it just depends. I'll be seriously let down if they aren't the top two. Alison can sing but she really bothers me for some reason and Kris just flat out bothers me. I think he sounds alright but his mumbling ruins it for me. So do his facial expressions for some reasons (he kind of tilts his chin up?). As far as the actual sound quality of the vocals, Danny all the way. Adam has the range but Danny has the tone.

Adam is going to make it big no matter what. He is already an "Idol". He played the part of Fiero in L.A.'s Wicked. He's my #1 pick, and I don't care about the gay factor. He's got mad, mad talent.

I love Danny, even without the sad backstory. I like his raspy voice. He will also be successful no matter what. I think Adam and Danny will go head to head at the end.

Allison is pick #3. I pick her voice over Chris', even though I like Chris' personality and style a lot more.

I have never watched that show.. it sounds like i should have this season. perhaps i can catch it on a alllll day marathon.

my mom and i love to watch america's next top model on the marathons and do our nails and toenails alll preTTy.

I watch America's Next Top Model too...... I was sad to see who left last night (not saying just in case you haven't seen this weeks episode....we DVR a lot of stuff......)

Ok, see I love Danny. Not sure why but I sure do!! I liked Matt too...I thought he'd go farther because he reminds me of JT, in fact I never even remember his name (had to google him lol) because we always call him JT. lol

I agree about Allison, I never liked her and I like her even less the farther she goes. Not sure why but neither DBF nor myself like her at all.
