Cheryl - holy moly babe, I'm sorry, but that just sounds like a terrible trip.....I mean, geesh, from the time you checked in until the time you checked out. Reading how they handled the stolen key card really got to me. What?....they treat you guilty until proven innocent? That's so wrong how they handled that and then implied you were suspect. Good grief! 
Also sounds like SSR needs to re-train some of their employees in customer service. YIKES!
