We are still doing Heather's kewl Pirate Princess design on a t shirt, right?

I don't know. I don't think so unless someone can figure out how to make it into a design that will fit on a tee. Heather said a few times that was just something she made using an image she found from some scrapbooking supplies. No one knew how to make it large enough to work on a tee, kwim?

Hey, what time were you thinking of doing Napa Rose?

I want to start adding some times into the schedule for the meals. That might help people determine what they want to sign up for, and I do want to start the sign ups soon for meals, tours, and the scavenger hunt.

Time to get some action on this thread again!!!!!!!!

Hey, these are Cassi's designs too Dang, I wish I had seen the Tink tie dye one before (did you see she has one with some glitter too - I'm in heaven )

I know I messaged melody that we need to get going more on the scavenger hunt. We have all our prizes and they are reallllllly good this year!
I know that the Ladies have kewl things planned for everyone in the hunt. Not as much running around but with some fun twists and turns.

Oohh i really liked that design that Heather made..hhmmm.. we can't blow it up?

The theme of this year is still pirate princess though, right?
I've already bought stuff to go with that theme.

That Tink tye dye tee is VERY cute. I don't really like the long, form-fitting t-shirt style (because I have a lot of form to fit - LOL) , but the design is awesome. Can these be ordered from somewhere?

Capri - these are from Cassi, the same lady who does the tie-dye t-shirts on Etsy. Let me know if you want her contact info. She does different style t-shirts, even if you send her your own!!!

Theresa..that's kewl a cute idea.. i may make tink wings on the back of our lime green t's with a bleach pen..then sparkle over the white. That would be easy and pretty for the day we wear the lime green shirt.

I see what you're saying. I pretty much read every post though, so if people will just post what they want to be added to, I'm sure I can add everyone that way. If that doesn't work I'll do the other idea though.

Beth.. I don't know times dates nuthIn on the scavenger hunt.. Melody and CheryL and Wendy are in charge. I just get to pick out the prizes

My problem isn't my chi chi's......it's my roll rolls. LOL

I'll order shirts online, but I usually always order at least one size too large, just to be on the safe side (in case it runs small or for shrinkage).

OKay so I have some times put into the schedule now. Some are set times and cannot be altered such as the Segway tour, the WiWF tour, and the Gospel Brunch. Others can be changed if needed. And still others are yet to be determined.

I'm going to leave these up for people to look at, comment on, and if need be make changes to.
ALSO I am going to start taking sign ups now for ALL meals that require a reservation, tours, the Meet and Greet, and the Scavenger Hunt.

Arrival day ~ All arriving at various times
Lunch: Rancho del Zocalo patio @ 2:00, followed by group ride on POTC.
Dinner: Meet and Greet in Hojo's (Time TBD)


Friday (red tee)
Princess Fantasy Faire as soon as it opens, followed by group ride on Small World (wear your tiaras)
Walk in Walt's Footsteps tour @ 2:00
Lunch: Ariel's Princess lunch @ 1:00
Dinner: Carnation Cafe @ 6:00 (times will be staggered as close to 6 as possible just like last time)


Saturday (new group tee)
Group photo? (Time TBD)
Scavenger Hunt (Time TBD), followed by group ride on the train
Late Lunch: Cafe Orleans @ 2:30 (and Club 33 for a lucky few thanks to Heather!!)
Dinner: Napa Rose (Time TBD) OR Jazz Kitchen @ 7:00

Sunday (tie dye tee)
Segway Tour @ 7:15 a.m.
Group pics at Pixie Hollow @ opening
House of Blues Gospel Brunch @ 10 a.m.
Cove Bar for drinks, followed by a group drawing at the Animation Station (Time TBD)


Monday (last years Tink tee or plain white tee)
Breakfast: Steakhouse 55 @ 9:30 a.m.
Lunch: Wine Country Trattoria @ 2:30, followed by a group ride on Soarin
Blue Bayou for dessert in the evening (Time TBD)


Tuesday (blue tee)
Departure Day
Farewell Breakfast: Mimi's Cafe @ 9:00

Hi I hope everyone is doing well. I am stil sick.

I am finally going to the dr. today & studying for a microbiology test tomorrow.

Mel~ the tees are super nice.

Poor Cheryl she is sick & working in WDW...that is just not right!
