That's fine, not a problem at all, however once plans firm up a bit and everyone who was listed as "maybe" knows for sure what they are doing, please, pretty please, don't forget to come back and let me know so we'll have exact counts as the time gets closer.

That sort of communication will just make everything run so much smoother.

Okay. At this point, we know the pirate tee is a given, so no rush on that design.

Now as for the other tees, when should we do a poll for that? I can set it up at anytime.

Melody ~ Why don't you let me know when you are ready for the tee poll to start. They are your designs and I want to make sure you have everything just the way you want it, kwim? Once you are sure they are set and ready to be voted on, I will start a separate thread on the DL community board for us to all have our say and place our votes. Sound good?

I love the retro designs also! I'm flexible on the shirt color. I'm wondering what color we're doing for the pirate shirt. It might look good on black also, and I'm not sure I want two black shirts. Whatever we all decide is fine with me though.

Oh, and I'm all for bling!


I know not much has been said about the meet and greet, but we are still doing an exchange then right? Is it going to be totes again? I have some great ideas/plans if we do that again.

Oh, I don't know. I just assumed we wanted your tees for Saturday. Why did I assume that? Who knows.

I suppose when we wear each shirt can be decided at a later date. As long as we know what we are ordering/making/packing, when we wear them can wait.
I can see us all calling each other first thing in the morning and saying, "Do you know what I'm supposed to wear today??"

Well, if you are ready with the designs, I can do the poll anytime. I was rather hoping a few more ladies would check in. Seems we have a few who are MIA lately. But I can also set the time on the poll to close after a longer period, there by giving everyone a chance to chime in.

As for the Meet and Greet, I just now sent a PM out to the planning team, so stay tuned. We haven't forgotten about it and we'll update as soon as we can.

Regarding the totes.......hmmmmm, honestly, I'm not sure about that. I think it was mentioned by a few that they have enough totes to last a life time. I don't, but some do. So, having said that, I don't have an answer for you on that just yet, other than to say there definitely will be an exchange of some sort.

I hope we do totes too! I have three grandchildren so I never have enough totes. I'm always sending things to my mom and the kids in them.

I hope we do totes again. That was alot of fun.

The mixer was one of my favorite memories of the trips. The candy bar was so great!

I think wearing our two new "designer" tees would be better to wear before Sunday because aren't a lot of the ladies leaving on Sunday.....probably some even leaving Sunday morning? That way everyone has a full day of wearing the "fun" tees, and then the color-coordinated tees can fill in the rest of the days.

I don't know.....it's just something I thought I would throw out there to mull over.

(We have group pictures on both Friday (PFF) and Saturday (before Scavenger hunt, I think), so maybe we should wear our new shirts on those days?)

I am trying to catch up with everything, but damn, lots going on.

I love all the shirt designs. Would anyone be up for having the design on our backs instead of our fronts? Some of us are more ****alicious than others, and the designs get a bit distorted, or the twins get stared at for way to long. Just a thought.

And did I read correctly that we are doing two shirts?

I was thinking, since most of the shirt designs are castle-y, maybe that would be a good one for Friday (princess day) and keep the pirate one for Saturday. Of course, it is pirate 'princess', but that doesn't seem to go as well with the Disney princesses. Just rambling.......

Hope you feel better, Dawn! I have asthma too and anything respiratory really gets me down. My daughter has it real bad and once spent several days in the hospital when she was in high school - almost went to ICU. Not fun stuff! Very scary.
