My husband is not the Disney fan that I am, and could care less if he every goes back to a Disney Park again.

I'm a Disney nut and I may have encouraged my daughter to be one as well. We went to Disney World in October 2013 for my daughter's 5th birthday and she loved it.

Since my husband doesn't care about Disney, my daughter and I are going to go back alone in of next year. We are both very excited about it and my daughter is already helping me with the planning (as much as we can do right now).

But I was thinking about doing a special surprise. She's already requested BBB again, but I'd like to do something special that she doesn't know about already. She'll be 7 almost 8 when we go.

Got any good suggestions?

What a sweet trip idea!

- The one I most recommend is The "My Storybook Moment" experience. It's fairly new and very, very special. It includes a tiara and sash, and a royal proclamation. Then, after she receives those gifts, she has to be taken to her favorite princess to get the proclamation signed and her picture taken. You can find more information about it here.

- Disney florals and gifts offers a lot of other fun in-room celebration packages you might enjoy.

- The Grand Floridian offers, like, 3 different tea experiences. All of them are fun and special.

Ooooh, I love the My Storybook Moment idea - she would love that

The Princess tea is a good idea too :)

Thanks!

What about the Alice in Wonderland tea party at the GF? DD used to go every year and loved it. The Mad Hatter and Alice come, they all play hid and seak, decorate cupcakes and receive a bouquet of flowers. She loved it. Parents got a beeper and I would shop at GF or sit in the lobby and listen to the piano.

Just checked its like $40, ages 4-10

Princess tea party is $250 ages 3-11 more of a luncheon

It's a little pricey but after BBB you could do a PhotoPass Portrait Session at GF. I've seen many little princesses do this during the past couple years.
