Yay for pink!! Congrats and best wishesI sort of just slipped in think pink and Capri was the winner!
Thanks!

I'm a monster rider.....no TOT for meI think there were several Divas planning on riding Monsters. I know Linda was for sure....and 5 or 6 others at least.
But Bethy.....she's no ride wimp. She's been on the TOT before. She's just trying to slip under the radar....being sneaky.![]()

Yay for Regional Center! I'm glad they are helping! This is great news Heather!![]()
I'm trying to get Jack assessed by our Regional Center for in-home ABA/IBI (intensive behavioral intervention). The special day class he is in is an autism specific ABA based classroom, but he needs more. I have no doubt he will qualify once I can get them out here to assess him - but the state takes FOREVER to do anything. He is behaviors are getting more severe and out of control and he is getting stronger.
Love Monster's Inc. - HATE Tower of Terror. And yes, I've been on ToT many, many times before my kids were old enough to ride alone. I hate free-fall drops!!!
Aunt Flo came last week for me! Thank God!!
Is Captain EO even open yet??

Glad you got something worked out Katie! Yay for your sister...thank her for us!!I'm sorry, I thought I sent you a message on FB, but I guess it slipped my mind. Yes, I'll be there until Saturday night. My sister is going to take me & pick me up since I couldn't find a good price on a rental car.
Oh I didn't realize you were a UofP'er. Beau's looking into that as a possibility. Give me your honest opinion of it all.Carol - lots of prayers and pixie dust coming your way!
Katie - YAY, you'll get to spend more time with us! Oh, and do the Scavenger hunt!
Well, I hope it doesn't rain. MSN weather has a 20% chance of rain for Friday and a 70% chance of rain for Saturday.....scavenger hunt day! YIKES! I don't have a rain coat or rain boots and neither are part of my trip budget, if ya know what I mean.
Oh well, I guess getting wet won't kill me. It'll make me, well, wet and cold, but it won't kill me.
Here's my rant for the day:
I would really like to start a new Facebook group.....the "University of Phoenix's Learning Teams Suck" group. I mean really, who's bright idea was it to have learning teams be a part of every single class?!!! And not just one assignment for every single class. OHHHHHH NOOOOOO! You will be doing multiple assignments with your learning teams in every single class. And guess what? You get the extra bonus of your grade relying on their work. Too bad if you're a straight "A" student. If 4 out of 5 team members do "B" quality work, you're getting a "B" on that assignment, even if you did "A" quality work And you have no recourse on this. Doesn't that sound like fun? Doesn't it make you want to go to school there? It's like a party! It's so great letting slackers get a payoff from your quality work. Oh, and you get a payoff too....a crummy grade for their crappy work. Whoooo hoooooo - FUN!!!
Hey, I have an idea!
I think every head at the University of Phoenix should have to take 45 credits of classes, doing 3-4 learning team assignments for every class, and then see how THEY like it. I mean, since it's their bright idea to have learning teams for every class with multiple assignments, then they should have to experience it for themselves.
Okay, rant over.

Poly, Poly, Poly! I love the Poly.Completely Off Topic but I am having such a hard time deciding between Polynesian, Caribbean Beach and Fort Wilderness cabins for my trip in November of 2011...there will be 6 of us...me, dh, ds, dd, my mom and my 13 year old nephew. We will be there for 4 nights and my mom wants something with a cool pool, a good location to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom, good convinient transportion and a decent price. I have priced them out and Polynesian has a good pool, great transportation, good location to the parks we want but is really pricey...like double the price of the other options. The Caribbean Beach has a good pool, low price but is not in a great location nor does it have great transportation. The Fort Wilderness cabins are about the same price as the Caribbean beach, has good transportation, a good location but the pool is really basic. I just don't know which to pick...I am betting my mom is not going to want to do Polynesian at that big a price difference.
Opinions?

I've stayed at CBR for 1 night, so don't have a good opinion. It seemed really big and spread out, and far away for some reason. Never stayed at FW cabins, but took a Segway tour thru them and they looked fun.
Somehow I missed the multi quote...but thru 2/25 Princess Fantasyfare's hours are M - Th 10:20 - 5:30 and F - Sun 9-6. I'm thinking they will be the same for the next week's block.
Yay...its Friday! Hope everybody is having a good one!
