I haven't ordered mine yet because I just don't know what size/style to order. :confused3 I'm worried none of them will fit me.

January, how did you get free shipping? Is there a code?

There was no code. When I went to the payment part, the option for basic shipping was free. :thumbsup2

Edited to add---Beth, the different shirt styles will show the measurements for the different sizes.

Ok, so I have to go back and see if I can find a list of who all is going....because...........we just booked our March trip DBF picked March 6-9th!!! so I hope to see a LOT of you there!! BETH! I hope you will be there this time so we can say HI!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great days to go for sure!! You have to at least come to the Cove Bar then for drinks and appies :thumbsup2

I like my t-shirts loose. I would have ordered the men's large or x-tra large except the sleeves would be really long and so would the shirt (I am only 5' tall).

I'm still waiting for my t-shirt (it was shipped on Jan 9)...... Like I always say - Canada is the farthest place from EVERYWHERE in the world when it comes to shipping :sad2:

I was going to go ahead and order a shirt from Zazzle. I wish I had over theweekend while they still had their shirt sale going on. I can't even get the free shipping January got! I think I'm going to wait and see if they go on sale again in the next two weeks. How long did it take them to ship to you all?

Thanks! Heather

I love our lanyard (again!) - a big THANKS to Callie and her DH.:flower3:

I have to order my shirt, too. I am so afraid of it being too small around my "chesticles", too. :sad2: January, I think you will be swimming in a 2X, Good Lord, you look much smaller than I and I wear a 1X!

Okay, I have to PM Stacie, Callie and check out Zazzle.

To all the nurses out there, my sister is an RN in the geriatric field and I could never do what she does. It takes a special person, that's for sure. I have enormous respect and admiration for all of you!

LittleBlackRaincloud, you're moving to WV? What part You've been there, yes? What time of year are you moving?

Wish you were closer to here, I'd lend you my Ergo for a nice easy back carry. If you're interested in a back carry, check out mamatoto.org for ways to get baby onto back using, well, pieces of cloth, basically. :) Makes things much easier when kiddies want to be on you.

Oh and Kelly, you asked about photopass, right?

it's much easier to do than to explain. Maybe you'll want to just not have a card (not everyone needs a card, unless you're planning on running away from the group and taking pix on your own) and just take part in editing later on? The basic and most important part is to just use the emial address and password stacie gives you, and NOT enter the card ID number into your own account. That's the most basic bit right there. :)

Hey Molly,

Yes, my whole family is in WV. We are moving there so the boys will grow up with family. I was born in Florida, and moved there in 3rd grade. I have a large and very nice family and I miss them sooo much! The down side is our pay will be almost half of what it is here in Arizona, so we are here paying off debt and correcting mistakes we made in the past. We will have a wonderful fresh new start when we get there. Have you been to WV?

I have several kinds of baby carriers, but everything is packed except for my pouch which was in my diaper bag. So, I did a hip carry with it. I wish I had my kozy (a meitai) or my taitasi (another kind of maitai) to do a back carry with. I have no clue which box they are in at this point though.

I'll have them back next week though!

What a sweet thing to say! I love taking care of people, but hate the politics and paperwork. You have that anywhere though. :flower3:

I have a friend who lives in Canada, not sure what part, but she hates to order anything online. She says any good deals she's finds are not good once she has to pay a small fortune for the shipping.

Where is everyone eating dinner on Saturday evening (March 7th)?

Does anyone want to have dinner (and drinks) at the Jazz Kitchen (around 5:00pm or so) before Fantasmic (or whatever you have planned for the evening)? I love the gumbo there, and I can't imagine gong to DLR and not having it at least once.

The food there is great! Anyone interested?:listen: :flower3:

I spent the summer in WV about 8 years ago. I am completely blanking on what city, LOL...it was when I was working for Amazon, and I went out to help train at the then brand new customer service site out there...Huntington! That's it, Huntington. Offices above the police station. :)

I actually quite liked it (note: I spent almost 4 years in Spartanburg SC for chiro school so it wasn't my first time in a hot, humid, Southern environment), though I couldn't breathe my first week. OMG I've never had such humidity. But I quickly re-learned how to walk (slooooowly) and stopped sweating as much (this was a learning curve that took me at least a month to figure out in spartanburg). Spent some good times at the Elephant Walk, and cigar and port bar downtown. :) I partook of the port, not the cigars, though.

Over a 3 day holiday weekend, one of my co-workers and I spent a very long day exploring. Went over the New Bridge (scary scary scary!), explored a cave (Lost World Caverns), and found where I will someday retire in Lewisburg. WV is *very* different than where I've lived all my life, but in many ways I like it (SC, too).

Good to hear you've got so many carriers. :) Bummer they are packed!

Remember when your kids are asking about the move, to tell them that you are taking THEM, too. We seemed to have missed spelling that part out to Eamon on our last move, and only found out when he asked us to leave his toy garage with him, so he'd have something to play with after we moved out. Oh gosh I start to cry Every Time I think about that...I hope he hadn't been fretting about that too long...so make it clear to them that they are coming with you.

And an offshoot...whenever we would start to pack, that's when boy-o got clingier. Some kids just don't like seeing things being put into boxes, I guess!

Well, those who are signed up for the WIWF tour will get a meal included in the cost of their tour.

And a few of us talked about eating at French Market.

I just checked out the Jazz Kitchen menu and it's a bit pricey for me since I'll be eating at the buffet that morning and then Club 33 the next day. :faint: I think I'd better stick with a counter service for dinner. :rotfl2:

Plus I don't eat seafood so that really limits my choices there. BUT I remember how you said that gumbo was the best, better then HOB and BB so I hope you get a group interested in going with you. :thumbsup2 And their bread pudding is delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My mother went to Marshall, and so I have a few ties to Southern WV. My family is up north though, just outside Morgantown. I still have some family in Huntington though. (Most of them moved to Lexington KY though.)

Nolan might we clingy due to the changes around the house. I'll make sure to tell Nathan that he's coming with us. Good tip. They are 2 and 1, so while Nathan doesn't really talk to me, I need to assume that he would understand what I say. Hopefully, the move goes smoothly. I'm planning on taking the boys to the zoo and park while DH deals with the movers next Monday. I wonder what they will think when we come home to a brand new place completely packed up. I hope they handle it well. Poor Eamon, thinking you were leaving him. What a sweet boy. :flower3:

I'm with Beth on the Jazz Kitchen also. I'd love to do it, but need to keep my remaining meals counter service. Club 33, 2 character meals, and Carnation Cafe are going to really cut into my budget. I'm sure some folks will join you though. princess:

Evening all. Today was actually fairly relaxing. With dh working nights he has been sleeping in quite a bit and last night was rather nice. Lynn didn't have to work last night which was nice because it has been raining quite a bit up here the last few days and I have not felt like going out, esp at night, by myself. In fact before Shane switched to night he would always go pick her up from work on Friday nights. But anyway ever since I had this little problem I have had a lot of anxiety and I just really haven't felt like leaving the house and ESP not at night alone and not when it is raining etc etc. So I was grateful that I didn't have to. But anyway Katy really wants to be a chef and got a bunch of cookbooks for christmas so last night her and Lynn made some fancy hamburgers for dinner and then some type of muffins for dessert. NOT good for my diet at all LOL but they are having fun experimenting. Then the little ones and I watched that old movie Mermaids with Cher and Winona Ryder on On Demand on TV. So it was a nice kick back night. But then the girls came up and slept in bed with me until Shane got home. It was nice and cozy. :)

Anyway then he came home and we ALL slept in till like 8:30 which is quite unusual for me as I used to ALWAYS get up by 6 every day even on weekends. So it was nice and then this morning the girls wanted to make CREPES of all crazy things. Like I said NOT good for my diet LOL but they are having fun experimenting with all these new cookbooks. I think Katy got like 5 different ones for Christmas and her birthday. :) But anyway then we just hung out and then Shane said that we needed to go on a date so I FINALLY got to see Twilight. I can't even remember the last time I went to a movie. It's been over a month if not longer and I was so glad that I got to see it before it left the theaters. I really liked it but of course Shane was not that impressed (chick flick ;) ) And then we went to BJ's for dinner. It was nice to just get away. Haven't done that in a LONG time!

So that felt good! Then tomorrow we are going to church and to the store and then hopefully just kick back and relax for the rest of the day! Lynn has to work at 4 but otherwise nothing else planned.

I am glad because then Monday it is back to crazy crazy. I've got LOTS on my plate for the next two weeks and I will be glad when Shane is off working nights but it was nice to have a day to just kick back.

And Molly thanks for the suggestions on the photopass. I am sure it is not that big of a deal. I just get confused and stress over stupid stuff cuz sometimes things seem WAY more complicated to me then they probably are. I will make sure I don't make my own account and I will just wait till we get back and have Stacie walk me through it or whatever. :) Thanks for that though. :)

Now I think I am going to go watch the old **** tube. Have a good night all and see you in the a.m. :)

Oh and as far as Saturday night one of my friends "may" be coming up to spend the day with mom and I so if so she may be joining us on some of the stuff which means I probably should e-mail her soon so that she can participate in the other stuff that is going on that day as well but IF she comes then I was going to see if she wanted to have dinner just the three of us but if she DOESN'T come then mom and I will probably join up with everyone else wherever. So whoever isn't already involved in tours or stuff then we will just go with the flow. So I probably should e-mail my friend and see if she is still interested eh? LOL

I'll make sure to tell Nathan that he's coming with us. Good tip. They are 2 and 1, so while Nathan doesn't really talk to me, I need to assume that he would understand what I say.

They might be so young that they won't have that thought. We moved from Federal Way to a town near Tacoma right before he turned 2, and he didn't say much of anything. Then we moved from there into Tacoma right before he turned 3 and he just wanted to know what toys we were bringing. It wasn't until this last move (across the street, of all annoying moves) as he was turning 4 that he got the idea in his head that he wasn't coming. So you might be safe. :)

Did your mom see I Am Marshall? I felt that I should see it, since that whole tragedy was still talked about when I was there, but ultimately I just don't like that sort of movie enough to actually watch it.

but I'll tell you..that flight into Charleston is terrifying. If I recall correctly, we had a flight (from Seattle to Chicago, then) to DC and then from DC to Charleston on a puddle jumper, and I had to pay close attention to the pilots (who merely had a curtain, which was pulled open during our flight, separating them from the main airplane) to see if they were nervous at all, to keep myself from screeching. Never had such turbulence thanks to those mountains. I can't even imagine flying over into Huntington...we just drove there if memory serves. And I hadn't heard about the Marshall thing until I got there...I was so glad I hadn't known before!

OK, so here's your mission for the day ladies!! I'm going to make a CD for our pizza party. Can't have a party without music!!

7.gif
9.gif

So what I'd like each of you to do is pick a song that you'd like to have on the CD. Whatever you want. Doesn't have to be Disney. Think party music, fun, upbeat, etc.
I'll make a list, compile all the songs and then burn a CD for us to play that night. :cool1: Sound good?

I've got to go get ready for my dentist appt. Getting my stitches out today. :scared: I hope it goes ok. Everytime I go to the dentist I get more bad news so we'll see what he tells me today.

I hope when I get back I'll see a long list of songs.............:hyper:

Hi everyone.

What a neat idea. Is there a list already of the songs?

Hello!!! I LOVE the lanyard design, now must go in search of my lanyard...where did I put that thing? I'll PM you, Callie once I find it.....if I find it...if not, what's $3!!!!!!

So, I am too lazy to hunt down the info about the T-shirts. I know it is the Tinkerbell design, but what day are we wearing them?

All right, many of you have reported quite gleefully that you have bought a tote. Is EVERYONE buying them? Are you guys decorating the purchased ones? I started working on mine last night, and since it was late, the applique didn't turn out 100% perfect, likely not even 75% perfect. Should I just buy one and give up on the one I am sewing. I don't want mine to be the loser one that no one wants. I think the idea is cute, but maybe it is over the top. So whaddya think?

Going to DL tomorrow for the day!!!
