Danny McBride (in the neckbrace) cracks me up in every movie he is in. He is also in Hot Rod and Foot Fist Way and some others. He is too much.:lmao:

When he said "Thug life" I about peed my pants. He was just hysterical. I also loved the part about Saul's bubie in the nursing home. And that's why he sold his stuff.

I can see all 50 of us walking down Main Street. :rotfl2:

:crowded::crowded::crowded::crowded::crowded: :crowded:

:rotfl2:

Maybe we should consider single file or two by two.

I would love to walk with everyone - it's just that I'm coming down on Monday and everyone else is coming on Thursday - darn you all pirate: I'm trying to figure out what I should do - maybe stay somewhere closer for the first few days??

This is also my first trip solo ANYWHERE, so I'm a bit of a wuss (OK - a lot of a wuss, but don't tell anyone, 'K??)

I work most of the week, so I can't help you. But I will be there pretty early on Thursday. I plan to come over after I drop DD off at school. I should be there before 8am. And it does't look like the park will be open that early. We should meet up early then and we can walk over together.

I must still be in Disneyland mode, 'cause I woke up WAY too early this morning. Here are some pics of my fun weekend!:

Yep, I'm coming early - I want my B-day card :thumbsup2

Me + adventure =:scared1: I'm still trying to psych myself up that flying alone is really not that bad (I'm not quite buying that yet, but I'll keep trying!)

The first day you might feel odd going solo, but after a while you will be fine. The first time I went solo to the park I felt weird. But now its easy. It actually made me feel more impowered. You will love it. Don't be scared. Embrace the adventure.

And just stick with the crowds when walking back to the Hojo. You will be fine.

Keep trying! You'll be fine. Do you have a portable DVD player you can bring on the plane along with a favorite movie to keep you occupied? Or a good book?

I love it!! Everyone looks great! And it looks like you were all having a fun time.
Stacie looks so serious on the Buzz ride, like she's concentrating so hard. LOL Thanks for posting those. :)

Ok--you've had way too much Red Bull this morning. I WISH I was as skinny as Ms. Melody, but no the second from the left is Melody, not me. (I was taking the picture, remember??? :rotfl2: )

That's why I'm doing it now - my DH goes on one or two trips a year (usually for business and extends them) by himself, so we figure it's about time I tried something on my own too :thumbsup2

It'll be good to get all the boo hoos out of the way early in the week too, when I'm by myself, so I don't start blubbering in front of everyone - not a pretty sight :sad2:

Looks like you girls had a great time on the weekend - I need a vacation too!!! It is sooooo cold and foggy here right now, very gloomy. We need a bit of sunshine (at least the snow is gone!)

Traveling alone is actually (IMO) much more relaxing than with my family...don't get me wrong, I love my family, but I can concentrate on myself and not worry about making sure DD is entertained on the plane or making sure I can get her to the potty before there is an accident. You will enjoy it...I promise!

I agree with Beth. Take something that will take your mind off of flying. A book, mp3 player with good music or podcasts, or if your plane has movies or other entertainment, go for it! I hate flying. I take crosswords or other brain games that will keep my mind focused on something else.

:rainbow: OOooooooooooOooooooH! What super great pics!
I'm so glad You all had such a HaPpPy time. Thank You for sharing them WendyLouWho!

I think everyone looks Beautiful:flower3:

OMG, I am watching some show on the Travel channel about deep dish Chicago pizza and it's making me so hungry!! :sad2:

What is everyone up to today?

I have the day off so I am just multitasking while dis-ing.

In a bit I am going to catch up on some scrapbooking.

Supposed to be working, but more like avoiding work :rotfl2: Wishing I was in Disneyland right now (or at least somewhere other than home)

I'm at work avoiding work myself--waiting for Stacielee and DD to come by and drop off my key--they slept in this morning . . . . .

Well folks, I just cleaned out my bathroom cabinet. :scared1: It's amazing the crap that got shoved under there the last year and a half. The trouble is I can't seem to part with lots of it. :sad2: I think I need to go on Oprah and have a beauty supply intervention.

I loved the pics from the weekend! :thumbsup2 I was seriously hoping to see a pic of a corndog or a churro though.

I'm glad Kelly posted, and I'm so glad that she's finding ways to release her stress. I can't wait to meet you Kelly!

Back to cleaning and packing...
