Girls Only Disneyland Trip - Old Thread

Lucky! I was supposed to be meeting up with Amy and Jane this Sunday but since I'm having my teeth pulled on Saturday, we changed the date. I want to be able to eat cheesecake when we go out.

So what are y'all doing at the mini meet?

I don't think we have any particular plans. I know that Wendy and Melody are going to "test" the scavenger hunt on Sat. at some point. Other than that--we're playing it by ear. I think my Mom is going with us on Sunday. So the other gals will probably stay later because I'm sure by late afternoon Mom and I will be "done." Sun. is Stacielee's birthday; Wendy's is day after tomorrow--so we have to celebrate those too!

Same here. I already know if I win the lotto, I will be taking a world cruise. And then while I am cruising, I will plan my other vacations.

Well, I guess we are going to watch a movie now. We rented Bangkok Dangerous with Nicholas Cage. I hope it's good. It doesn't seem like my kind of movie.

Last night we watched Righteous Kill with Robert DeNiro and Al Pacino. It was just ok, but those two actors are so great that it kept me entertained.

Bad news on this front. I lost my job today. Suddenly, abruptly, and I don't have a job. They layed off me and two other people together, so I know it wasn't about any issues/concerns with my work. But, now I'm once again unemployed! I'm so bummed. We were JUST starting to get back on an even keel from be being unemployed for so many months.

Blue Ribbon Bakery for coffee and goodies? Or someplace that has a place to sit? But what time? Are you ladies wanting to get there that early? Or do you want to get together more like 10:00 or somethin?
