Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhh CaliGirL! .. the tote exchange is going to be so much fun! when my mom and i did ours.. we were going through the stuff we put inside and looked at each other like.. heeeeyyy let's keep 'em! The pizza party, tote exchange and candy buffet are really going to be a super oppurtunity for everyone to relax and visit and get to know each other.

I went and got my hair cut at lunch and I hate it! I told the lady all I wanted was a trim and the front to be re-layed and what does she do??? She chops the shortest layer above my chin! I am so mad right now. Now I think I have to dye it tonight to try to make it look a little better.

Oh great, and someone who hasn't noticed this thread will come back and complain about those wheelchair faker users....

I'm not a fake user, my knees do give me a lot of trouble (partly my fault because of my weight but also because I've had bad knees since elementary school). I also messed up my lower back (have yet to see a Chiro) and when I stand for long periods of time it hurts like the dickens; that's why I'll be hitting up the jacuzzi Friday night and do some stretching.

Molly, food theifs are bad also. I used to work night shift where there is no food available except for vending machines. Heck you can't even order chinese at 2am. Anyway, we had a food theif. Someone rigged up a meal of bad meats and cheeses, with exlax brownies. Our food was never taken again!

Peter Pan has to be done FIRST thing on a non-MM morning. So if you can, first thing Friday morning. NOT Sat or Sun, b/c the MM people will be filling that line up by the time you get there (unless you have access to MM).

I do not know about the pizza party yet but will be there at ariels. I will be in front of DCA in a dirty blue rainproof jacket or one of my sweats. Fat lady at 9:30 or 10 and in a wheelchair and with a bright red plastic messenger bag. You cannot miss my cookie contest bag. Water proof to boot.

ECV users make sure you bring something to cover your controls.

Two seats only in the disabled car but I promise you would get one and you will.
I am a sweet old lady of 51 who runs down rude guests with an ECV and loves food and helping people. 50 meant I was very special as I am disabled, senior, hispanic and female so no messing with me, lol.

I got to go pack some more plastic bags and lara bars in that messenger bag.

I think if I get my VIP tour spot filled I might try to come tomorrow instead of Friday since it would be so much easier for me then trying to do Friday since I have to be in Pomona at 8am on Saturday, with a packed and ready car

Afternoon all. I am back from my doc apt and I REALLY like my new therapist. She is really nice and I think I am going to really like her! Then after my apt her office is RIGHT across from the galleria so we just HAD to have lunch at the Cheesecake Factory so I am starting our vaca early!

It was good but WAY too rich and now I have a tummy ache. I don't think I will be eating dinner tonight. Bleh! It is one of those things that sounded good at the time but now. ECH!

Anyway I am now home for the rest of the day and Shane is about to leave for work here soon so it is just me and the girls. STILL flippin raining. BLECH!! SO sick of it! Mom got us A49 and 50! YUCK and the girls had their first of 3 minimum days today. We ALMOST forgot. We were driving down the driveway when Shane remembered and he called my dad and he had an apt but luckily he was able to re-arrange and pick them up. So now I just plan to watch idol and Lost tonight and then just have to make it till tomorrow!!!

Don't know if I will be on again tonight but probably will be at least once more tomorrow.

WOW! This thread has been busy today! I can't believe in 24 hours I will be in the air on my way to the "Happiest Place on Earth"
I still have SO MUCH to do! Still haven't made it to Wal-Mart and probably won't until tomorrow morning now. I just need to be ready to head to the airport by noon!
Tonight I made an appointment to get my hair cut/styled. Hoping for a miracle!
I still need to pack but that shouldn't take too long. Can't wait!

Calvin went to a Vietnamese barber and told him to make it short. He now has a peach fuzz head of hair. I think that dude used a ten blade on Calvin as I seen dogs that were shaved like that, lol. Ten blade is a standard dog grooming blade that leaves some hair on the dog but not much as in peach fuzz.

Note to self: rubbing the soft peach fuzz on a dude's head is rude when he is upset over his shorn locks of hair.

We'd love to have you on Thursday! It's $10 payable to Stacerita, and that includes food and drinks. We are doing a candy buffet for dessert so if you are able to do so, then just pick up some bags (enough for approx 30-35 people) of your favorite candy to share. And that's about it.

We are doing a tote exchange and the rules for that are on the front page, but that's entirely optional.

So will you be at CC for dinner on Friday still or no?
