Girls Only Disneyland Trip!! Old thread. New link in first post

Update on Photopass money: I received Tracey's and Amy B.'s yesterday. If you haven't mailed yours yet, just bring it and pay me this weekend. These are the people who I haven't received money from: Beth, Stacie, Michelle, Theresa, & January. I know Beth and Theresa and paying me there, and Michelle's check is lost somewhere in USPS-neverland. Hopefully the others are not lost as well! We have time so I'm not that worried about it.

Remember to get your Photopass card when you have your first picture taken and try to use it for the rest of the trip; take a picture of the back of it just in case you lose it so that you have the card number. You can have more than one card, it's just easier to only have to keep track of one. Whenever we have a big group picture taken, let's have only 2 people put it on their Photopass card. Last time, we ended up with several of the same picture that just took up space on the disk. One picture can be edited several times, and each one will be saved as a new picture. Please read the Photopass Information Post to refresh your memory if you have any questions.

Hope everyone who feels bad, sick, sad, or any other not-good feelings is ALL better by Thursday!!! See you all in 2 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BTW, did you all know that the ones they have at Target are actually made by Spanx? It says so right on the tag, even though they call them Assets, or something like that.

I HAVE rode it over and over, as well as Screamin, Space, BTMRR, even TOT. At night, it's more fun to ride the outdoor rides, and Space gets faster as the day goes on. Whoo-Hoo!!!

I'm a little concerned that I might have to forgo ALL my favorite rides, due to my neck giving me some issues.. You can imagine how bummed I am about this.

I want everyone to know, that even though I am the oldest, I am by no means a ride weenie!! I love all the best rides, but I'm afraid they won't like me on this trip.

As a ride lover Stacie and all others, you know what I am talking about.

I am seriously not happy at all about this.

I don't really like churros. Don't get me wrong--I'll eat them--but they're not my favorite thing.

I am the same way. I like them and will eat them. But I don't crave them or have to have them. I will say that I stopped by Jack in the Box on my way to school to get a quick taco fix (dog food tacos are the best) and they asked if I would like an order of churros with that. I was feeling it so I say yes. And they were soooooo good. I wish I had ordered the large instead of the small.

Aw man, I'm sorry. I know you are no ride weenie. If it's any consolation (probably not, lol) I'm not sure what rides I'll be doing. The thought of any rides right now makes my stomach flip flop. It's probably only because I haven't eaten since Sunday but still. So we can hang out if you want.

Ruben just bought some of those churros last week. They are bite sized and filled with something, right? He loves them. They were too hard for me to eat with my stupid filling so I couldn't try it.

I forgot to say if Carnation Cafe is rained out, Rancho is a fine option for back up. And as was said, if someone doesn't like Mexican, they can order elsewhere and bring their food to join us.

And for breakfast, the rooms do have a fridge and microwave so you can also bring something to fix in the room. I will probably just grab a granola bar or something light and fast for breakfast most mornings.

We have a tiny black chihuahua. His name is Chino Marino. He is sooo stinking cute and naughty! He only weighs 3 pounds. He is not a teacup. Just the runt.

Maybe chanchita and chino can meet up and have some chino-chita babydogs.

My brother had a little chihuahua and his name was Fernando. We used to joke that the name was bigger than the dog.

Oh don't worry --I have a couple of people's candy (including yours) at my office along with a bunch of other things for the trip. I told my assistant today that we had to load the car tomorrow. I just packed the stuff I had at home tonight.

Aw man...we've got people making food for their families, buying presents for their children, and you're making things for your roomies???? I am THE suckiest person on this trip! Augh.

Oh no, poor you! Though poor auntie, too, b/c she's probably scared. But gosh, if your mom didn't give you her sister's phone number, and you ARE calling that aunt's grown child so the info IS getting to her...she's got to chill. I'm sure that when something happens to my MIL that's how the Korean family will be. She will not give us any of their info, and since Korean culture is Korean culture, Robert and his sibs don't even know the NAMES of their uncle and aunts, so it will be completely impossible.

Well, I would think that about her being scared, but I think it's more about competition, KWIM? She doesn't like the daughter-in-law anyway so I think it steams her that she got the call. My cousin is 60--I think I can trust him to pass on a message. Luckily Mom has her cellphone in the nursing place so SHE can call her.

Do you know if they have these tanks in woman's sizes (like 2x) at Wal-Mart? I need to find one to wear under the white tink shirt and I am running out of time! I already checked Target and Lane Bryant. My next stop was going to be either Wal-mart, or maybe Kohls?

I got a get tank/cami at Walmart. It was in a "healthy" woman's size. And cheap too.

Terri can't come at all. No Pizza party ( I never paid for her but I will if I need to, just let me know) No tour, but Donna is going on it. Donna wanted to come to CC, so I thought she should have Terri's spot, right? But I did offer 1/3 of my chair to Cristabel, who I think we should be able to smuggle in.

Also, no Chip and Dale Breakfast for Terri either.

No worries if she can't come to the pizza party. If you aren't going to the party, you don't need to pay. So its all good.

I just wanted to say goodnight and I hope that you all get good rest.

I finally did my tink shirt and it came out pretty nice. I was shocked! I even blinged it out with some rhinestones. I am not sure if the rhinestones will last long....but hey, they look cute for now.

I had to go to Target to get a new bag. My bagallinni is missing! I use that for every single Disney trip. I am so bummed. I think we accidently put it in storage. Oh, well. My Target bag is cute and pink.

I colored my hair and threw a load of laundry in the wash for the trip. Tomorrow I will pack. I may need two suitcases! I started off with just a carryon. But with the weather being iffy I may need a variety. I am still debating, though.

Hello!!!! It is almost time!! I will be arriving on Thursday in the AM sometime, I know others will be as well, who?

Since we don't get the cell phone list until Thursday night, how do we meet up?

I am sure all of this has been covered, but I am too lazy and unfocused to figure it out.

I have done close to zilch planning for this thing, here you all are dying your hair, making packing lists and all.

I thought I'd pack Thursday morning. perhaps I am taking this all a bit too lightly??

I have been a busy little bee making "favors" for my roomies, so that shows planning, yes??


I will see you all soon!!!! Hopefully I will find the time tomorrow to get a tiara, kind of forgot, and so far this week have already worked 21 hours. Ugh, not feeling the love.

I haven't quite, um, told Eamon WHERE I'm going, but just that I'm going on a weekend with my friends. And yesterday he cornered me with his sad face and his crocodile tears, telling me how much he's going to miss me and how he's going to cry....

Of course, when I've gone away for my solo ventures, all I hear about are their adventures to the zoo, to Robert's friend's house, the lightsaber battles, etc. There are no tears 5 minutes later, the little goofball.

But yowza his moment yesterday was a good one!
