Hi girls!
Happy Anniversary Steph!
Happy thoughts & prayers for those who need it.

Jordan turns 13 tomorrow. Next Saturday he is having his party.

Our July 4th plans are still up in the air.
We have a few options.
Camping is now out.
1. Go to Leavenworth for Kinderfest
2. Grand Coulee Dam for the laser light show & fireworks.
3. Go to the St. Joe river for the day and then to L's 'rents house for fireworks.
4. Go out on the lake on the waverunners, but its a busy wknd on the lake...so sometimes it gets a little dangerous out there.

it has been a busy & long week. Lots has gone on, but there are just somethings that I shouldn't be posted on a public forum, so please just keep us in your thoughts.

Have a great day ladies!

Hi Deb! Another July Baby. My Andrew turns 13 this month too. If we ever get our WildWave day on, they will have fun! I think we are going to celebrate his bday at WildWaves for that matter. He hardly ever gets to go without his little bro, who slows him down a bit, so he is excited about that. Thank goodness for the bring a friend for $5.00 promotion.

Sarah! I am with you about the haircut. I would be PO'd. But hey, you will have a unique story for the babybook, right?

Hello!
This morning us girls went to visit my grandparents in Lancaster. Ever since I got up this morning I have this horrible pinch in my back, something similar to what I had during our last trip. My roomies saw how bad it was, I could barely crawl out of bed. It's only on my right side but I don't know why!

I train with Tyrae tonight and I'm hoping that helps relieve the pain. I've just been laying around because that's the only thing that doesn't aggravate the problem.

I better go do my chores because I have to leave at 6:35 for the gym.

TTYL

HAPPY 4TH OF JULY if I don't talk to you guys tomorrow. Thankfully I have work from 12 - 5pm :thumbsup2

You know, being at work on all these ot shifts wouldn't be so bad if I knew that all the money was going to my Disneyland trips. Too bad it is going into a fund to help us pay our bills if either of us or both of us are ever out of work. And to pay off the credit card bill that doesn't seem to know how NOT to grow. GRRRR. It's like the purchase multiply like rabbits!

Linda, what beautiful pictures. Thank you for sharing! :)

Rochelle, those Pixar birds are soooo awesome! I would have snagged those too if I saw them.

Vicki, I am so happy to hear your Mom's surgery went well and they got everything out. What a relief. I hope she recovers well and you have a safe trip back to CA!

So last night Jesus (DBF) came over and cooked dinner for my parents and I. He made Philly cheese steaks and fries. I helped, but I was more of the sous chef. Chopping, grating cheese.. I did put the fries in the oven. :thumbsup2 My Mom was just swooning all over the place over him last night. :lovestruc

He's taking her to her post-op on Monday. My Mom misunderstood what day her appointment was and she thought it was Tuesday, but turns out it was Monday. My Dad nor I can take her because we can't miss work. If we do we won't get paid for today. So here comes my boyfriend to the rescue. "I'll take her!!". Her doctor is about 45 minutes away. I'm so lucky to have a sweet guy.. That can cook! Oh and he did the dishes last night too.. :lovestruc :thumbsup2

So, the thread is pretty dead huh?
Must be because of the holiday. I'm working tomorrow (12-5) and don't have anything else planned. I'll probably set my DVR to record any good movies they might be showing on tv.

Just wanted to say a quick hello. We are still in the throes of moving, although we are almost (finally) done with getting everything out of the old place and now are moving into the cleaning and unpacking phases.

Our old condo officially sold on Tuesday and we have worked an arrangement to be completely out by Sunday, although I am really hoping that we can wrap up everything in the old place by noon tomorrow.

Dave has been an absolute rock star through the whole thing, logging several extra hours each night after we put Ty to bed. But, still I am exhausted and find it hard to believe that a week ago we were just getting into this mess.

Hope that everyone has had a great week. Eventually I might have a chance to go back and catch up, but for now I must say good night!

Hi ladies!

Jane, hang in there. You and Dave are doing a great job in a tough situation.

Linda, OMG, I LOVE those pics. Thank you so much for sharing. One day that is exactly where I want to be.

Courtney,
your a lucky gal indeed.

Bridgette, have fun at DL!!

Sarah
, more work?? Dang! Good luck.

Tracey, and Deb
, I have July babies too. My twins turn 9 on the 9th!

Cristabel, hope your back feels better soon!

I thought you would all appreciate this... I've been in a truck for the past week, sitting on my butt. Then I come do the Welcome to Disneyland tour in croc sandals because I rubbed gross blisters on my heels yesterday moving my things in up a mountain. I unpacked my moleskin and put that on and I totally made it until exactly midnight (the lights on the magic hat at the DLH went out as I walked underneath it. I thought that was cool) My mind is going 100mph but my body is quitting on me. My feet hurt so incredibly bad that I drew a bath with my new Basin bath milk and sat and finished my Fantasmic dessert at the edge of the tub. How nice is that, eh? Now I'm eating the cheese in bed :rolleyes1. One complaint other than the feet, I was freezing my buns off watching Fantasmic in a tank top!

Linda love the pics!! They are gorgeous!! Glad you had a good time!

Bridgette I am glad you finally made to DL! Enjoy!

Deb Happy birthday to your son! Hope he has a good one!

Happy birthday to all the other July babies. I am sure I missed some. I know Beth and Tracy have some!

Yesterday Shane was off work so he and the kids slept in while I got up and worked out, did a few loads of laundry and ran in to work. Mom was up in Truckee the last few days so I was there by myself yesterday so I just ran in and paid some bills and came back home.

Then in the afternoon we took the girls to the dollar movies and saw ghosts of girlfriends past. It was a little corny but cute! Then we had to run to sam's and that place was a madhouse. Not one single cart in the corral. We had to use one of those flat bed thingies. LOL.

But anyway we were glad to get back home and just hung out and tried to stay cool and just bbq'd last night. A lot of people like to go away on holidays but we like to stay close to home because we have a VERY old house and with the dry grass I always worry about fire. NEXT year we plan on being away for a road trip and I admit I am a bit nervous but hopefully my dad will come check on it!

Today we are going to mom's a bit later and just kicking back as I said which I am glad and possibly going down to the neighbor's block party. They have the BIG fireworks at our local mall and you can usually see them from our yard so we don't even have to leave the house. Some are a little low and you can't see them but most you can so that is nice. That way you don't have to fight all the traffic etc.

Anyway then tomorrow is just church and hopefully MORE relaxing and staying out of the heat! Next weekend we have yet ANOTHER far away meet which means getting up at the crack of dawn and a LONG day in the sun and the weekend after that is championships which is TWO days of getting up early and heat so that is why I am trying to REALLY appreciate THIS weekend LOL.

Anyway hope everyone has a GREAT 4th and enjoy!! :)

Happy 4th Everyone!!!

Sarah- You sure work a lot of hours :scared1:.

Jane- Sounds like you are making a lot of progress. Boy you guys got the ball rolling really fast on the move.

Linda- It's about time you posting some pics . I thought you were just going to hold out on us.

Bridgette- Glad you made it to Cali safe and sound. Are you done moving all your things in??? Sounds like you're having a great time at Disneyland.

Deb- Happy birthday to your son!!

Rochelle- Love the birdies. That was one of my favorite Pixar shorts. I'm going to have to look for one of those.

Hope everyone has a great day.

Happy 4th of July !!!!

Things here are going along pretty normal like. I did have my oldest son & his girlfriend here for 4 days, which was quite nice! We celebrated his birthday late & Addy's birthday early. Lots of fun!!!

We've pretty much given up on moving south (for now) & are looking at moving back to the Salem area (north & even further from disneyland). The twins get a lot of their medical care in Portland & it's just too far away from where we live now. So Mike is busy sending off resumes & applying for jobs....we would like to do this within a month. The girls have a week's worth of appts in August & it would be great to be living in Salem, so we wouldn't have to pay for a motel for a week.

Anywho....that's about it for here. Hope everyone is doing great & having a fun holiday weekend!!!!!!

One complaint other than the feet, I was freezing my buns off watching Fantasmic in a tank top!

Isn't that when you have the perfect excuse to buy a new sweatshirt?? Glad to hear you are having a fun time!

Hi ladies!

Tracey, and Deb[/B], I have July babies too. My twins turn 9 on the 9th!

And wasn't July a miserable time to be 9 months prego, can't even imagine with twins! Just around the corner, so tell you girls a big HAPPY BDAY.

PS Love your sparkly tink!

Bill and I went to the new Cinnebarre movie place last night. We watched The Proposal, shared a pitcher of beer and a pizza and laughed our heads off. It was really fun!

Today we are floating down the river and bbqing, so should be a relaxing day. Usually we camp and that is a lot of work, so I am enjoying the day trip phenomena.

The Christmas train is in town, but I can't commit the time to go an see it, besides the fact that I don't think anyone would enjoy it as much as me.

Hope you all have a great day.
Tracey

Happy 4th Everyone!! We're going to have a quiet day over at my brother's.
My BFF from MN surprised me, she called on Thursday saying she could catch a flight out on Friday, and would we be able to house her! So we have a full house right now. Very exciting. We're going to spend a few beach days, so I'll be bringing my books to study with. But I'm just thrilled she came!

Hope all of you have a fun and safe 4th!
