You're right,we aren't. I just thanking her for being willing to watch my DD a day I was childcare less as my DH is going out of town and I have to work. Turns out a well timed birthday party is saving the kid from coming to work with me!!!

Uh oh, doesn't sound good.

Nope....one of my workers has an attitude and doesn't want to do something that she thinks is beneath her. Then she had the nerve to say I play favorites and that I don't do things that I should. Then she went on to say that she is going over my head to the director because she doesn't want to do what I told her to do. Seriously, I have gone to bat for this girl so many times, and this is how she treats me. And what I asked her to do was attach a group of papers that she had in her hand, to a stack of charts that she had in her other hand. All my other assemblers do it with no attitude, but she wants someone else to do it for her. Not to mention she has other issues that are making waves around here. Now I am in a bad mood.

No, I love my job. Work doesn't suck. Just this issue does. And since I'm in charge, its my issue to deal with. Its the attitude that really gets me.
