No, it's not an age thing!

It's because she can't stand the noise, that she will knit us all some scarves, that candy back in the day was a penny...

I will admit that I have knitted before. I have, like, half a scarf made. It's horrible. lol I don't have the patience for knitting. I'll be the cool, hip grandma who sneaks everyone $20s and spoils everyone. How's that??

One time a couple years ago I vowed to knit a hat for my baby cousin who was going to be born 6 months later...well that cousin is now almost 3 and is hat-less.

I was gonna do that for my nephew, but I figured it took 2 years and my scarf is a little more than halfway. If I try to make a hat, my nephew will be married by then.

Haha, my grandma is like an avid sewer/knitter. She knits every kid in the family a blanket when they're born. I think I still have mine, but it's very small...

Haha, same here! I don't think she does it as much anymore though. But she can always stitch something up like a hole in a shirt or something, so that's nice. Too bad she lives in New York.
