Yeah so my health teacher last year was like, telling guys to cry.
He's like "It's normal! I cry all the time!"

Well she isn't too dramatic and I don't think she would spread rumors about me but she is really mousey and quiet so she gets hurt easily so I'm gonna feel guilty.

That's good that she's not dramatic. That'll save you a lot of agony! lol
But you shouldn't feel guilty. You can still be friends with her and hang out occasionally.
