Just wondering how much a box of cookies are in your area?
Here in metro NY they are $7.00 a box!! Wow!!
I am glad this is only once a year. We help the daughter of one of youngest ds coworkers.

Prices vary a little by region, which I think is partly tied to regional bakeries that handle the cookies. I've heard that all parts of the country are now bare minimum $6, but $7 is the average.

For us, the core line is $6 a box, but the new specialty stuff is $7 a box.

I think ours did go up to $6. I ordered from a NYC which acknowledged being $7 for those that are shipped only.

I haven't seen a table yet this year, but I think they were $6 here (Massachusetts) last year.

I haven’t seen anyone selling yet this year, I am in CT. Last year it was $6 a box.

I can't remember what I paid. My youngest granddaughter just joined the Scouts and I have ordered many boxes for my hospital "people".

Ok and a box of thin mints for myself. ;)

The "Big Cookie Day" when the troops get cookies isn't until February 21st. Haven't been hit up yet for pre-orders so haven't seen prices yet. Anymore we just look for site sales.
My wife is a recovering troops "Cookie Mom". Amazing how many cookies a troop of just 10 girls can sell. And then ordering for site sales is always just a guess. My wife did pretty well, under ordered thin mints and samoas, and over ordered Lemonades, which are her personal favorite but nobody elses apparently.

Meh, I just buy the Keebler Coconut Dreams when I feel like I need a splurge.

Ours were $5/box for any variety (we're in SE Pennsylvania). We bought 15 boxes in the last 2 weeks because my husband can't say "no" to our granddaughter. :D

IMO, and my wife’s opinion, the quality has gone downhill. We would rather pay a bit more and actually have the quality restored.

Less actual peanut butter, the short breads are too crunchy, and my wife complains about the thin mints.
