Giraffe print Mickey head

I bought this dress for my daughter to wear on our Animal Kingdom day. I wanted a plain Mickey head filled with a giraffe print for the rest of us to wear. I know a lot of designers do things like that but haven't found this giraffe print specifically, usually just zebra.

Has anyone seen something like this or could it be made easily?

Wow, I'm in awe! It is exactly what I had in mind! I'm not sure on the name thing, I'll let you know. We have about 35 of us having breakfast at Animal Kingdom that day and celebrating one guy's 40th. So I may add something about that!
