Gingerbread??

I was just wondering, is there anywhere on disney property where you can get gingerbread during the rest of the year, not at christmas?

I just was browsing picture threads and saw the gingerbread house at the grand floridian and suddenly was overcome with a gingerbread craving! I should have bought extra in December and brought it home and stuck it in the freezer!

maybe I'll just have to make my own at home!

Goofy's Candy Co has some gingerbread men with chocolate Mickey Mouse ears!

I am not a gingerbread fan, but had to try a shingle from the house at GF. The back was coated in chocolate and it was GREAT!

Be careful at Goofy's, I noticed that on a prepackaged Mickey shaped rice crispy, it said that it was made somewhere else, my guess is that the gingerbread would be the same. The coated rice crispy treats they make for your order are very good, almost too coated with toppings though.

In Epcot- in Germany they have gingerbread mickeys with chocolate dipped ears. DH grabs a few everytime. He loves gingerbread.

Good to know about Germany!! DD loves those gingerbread Mickey's and I thought they only had them around christmas since that is when she had it. She talks about Gingerbread mens all the time.

Main Street Bakery and Germany sell gingerbread men all year...just had one last week and it was soooo fresh and wonderful...especially when the Mickey ears are dipped in dark chocolate! We go back in 30 days and I plan on bringing a few home with me!

thanks for the replies!! who knows when I will be back to the world but it's good to know I can get gingerbread year round when I am there!
