Gingerbread Judging Ran Late?

Hi guys-

Yesterday I asked about why the top hat, sorcerer hat, etc. are still in the Emporium, and I was told that it was because the Gingerbread House Judging ran late into January, so Magic Month was carried into February. Does this mean the entire February is going to be Magic Month, or will it just compensate for the excess time in January used for Judging?
