I'm sailing in less than two weeks and am wondering my concierge host can get me tickets for Gingerbread House making or if I need to get in line for GS as soon as I board. Thanks!

I would inquire shore side concierge, but in my experience they say no to everything you ask. So if they do, go directly to the concierge lounge when you board and they will take care of everything, and I mean everything, for you. Do not go to Guest Services for anything if you are sailing concierge. Have fun!

The hosts on the Fantasy had already prepared a ticket when we checked in on Saturday. We didn't ask for it. We didn't get one on the same sailing last year.

I've sailed CL before and I'm spoiled with not having to stand in the GS line. But, I know CL doesn't do some things (like mixology) so I didn't know if this was out of their realm.

In the past we have tried to cover all bases. Contact shore side and request tickets. Then when boarding go to concierge and make your request.
We have been lucky with our Concierge hosts. When we boarded they had tickets for everything offered.
You should not have to go to GS.

I tried to get tickets for our Dec 5th sailing through our shoreside concierge and they told me that we can't get them until we board the ship.

The Concierge Hosts have always booked the tasting classes for me.

Now that you say that, maybe it was Shoreside who told me they couldn't book mixology. Regardless, I usually walk down, look at the list and book it myself.

This is why I suggested asking when you board. I've had shore side tell me things couldn't be done and when I arrive I am told of course it can be done.
