Change in my ADR plans... I am so looking forward to making these on March 3!

Saturday, Aug. 30 -- Boma (dinner)

Sunday, Aug. 31 -- Rainforest Cafe (lunch) and Crystal Palace (dinner)

Monday, Sept. 1 -- Garden Grill (dinner)

Tuesday, Sept. 2 -- Coral Reef (dinner): celebrating Granny's 71st b-day!

Wednesday, Sept. 3 -- Hollywood & Vine Play 'n Dine (lunch)

Thursday, Sept. 4 -- Le Cellier (dinner)

Friday, Sept. 5 -- Liberty Tree Tavern (dinner)

I'm also interested in seeing how DD reacts to the characters.

You may wanna try calling them in now-- They have let me book my ADRS up till Sept.4th so far!

May I first say That I think you are a true insperation for all that you have been thru with the pregnancy troubles and them the surgery afterwards!
Also- you and your husband look great!!!!! Congrats on the weight loss!!

I was thinking of flying this time (out of Indianapolis), but I have never been on a plane before and Im Just a little, OKAY ALOT-scared of flyin. Plus I havent found any good rates (although Im not really sure what to look for since I have never had to look it up before) LOL.

Your DD has the most beautiful red hair!! That is the prettiest color ever! Shes a doll!

Thanks! DH and I have discussed having other children, but my surgeon said my diaphragm would probably do the same thing... I really don't want to go through that again! We're both doing well losing weight - my hardest time is trying to not help myself to DD's meals when I'm cooking for her!

I can understand your fear of flying. I always try to tell myself it's far safer than driving - but I am silently praying and squeezing my DH's hand pretty hard on take-off and landing each time!

Thanks for the compliments on DD too! We figured we'd end up with a little redhead, and as much as I hated getting teased when I was little, I do love it on her. She's really talking up a storm and I'm really curious how much different she'll be in a few months. I can only imagine her reaction to WDW!

I did just try calling about making ADRs... the CM I spoke with said it was too early for me - plus their system was down. I might try calling again tomorrow. Thanks for the tip!

Before bed, Aubree dumped out one of her play kitchen food bins so Mommy would have to pick everything up! As we say around here (joking, of course), Bad Baby. She loves getting out all the play food (I have a huge bin of it that I keep out of her reach). What was I thinking buying her all this food??

Hope I get the ADRs I want!

YIPPEE! The ADRs are made - was so happy to get the times I wanted (updated page 1). I do have to call back tomorrow to book the Rainforest Cafe @ AK since it doesn't count in the 180+10 booking.

A friend of mine ( that I met on DIS) called me early this morning and was sooo happy that she got her ADRS in too- got the times she wanted also!

Looks like little Aubree is enjoying herself in the kitchen (kinda looks like my kitchen when Im trying to cook )

CONGRATS, WDWBesty!!! I call this Saturday for my ADR's ...it looks like I will be trying for LeCellier the day after you will be there...it is our first time eating there, I hope it is as food as everyone says it is...here's to having the same luck you had making your ADR's

I agree with heath-and-javens-mom...my kitchen tends to look a lot like Aubree's kitchen when I am cooking also...DH tells me I am a "sloppy" cook....I tell him that he can do it himself if he does not like the way I do it ...for some reason he never does

Try Airtran....they are running specials right now...my flights (from Indy) will be $79 going down and $69 coming home!!! The sale ends at 11:59pm March 6th (at least the last time I checked)...their normal rate tends to run around $90-$120 each way. I flew with them last year and did not have any trouble, but there have been reports of them changing flight times so if you do go this route, keep an eye on your flight. You can also pick your own seat when you purchase your ticket for an additional $5/seat each way...worth it, in my opinion, to be able to sit with my family. PM me if you need any help, I am a pro at navigating their site!

Yes, we've eaten at the one at AK twice - in 2001 & 2003. Both times I had the Jungle Safari Soup and the Paradise Pot Roast. I really enjoyed it. I don't remember what DH had. I thought it was really good - it's not on the DDP, but I will be using gift cards that I earned from MyPoints.

I think we had an ADR for the DTD one before but the wait was over an hour so we went elsewhere.

UPDATE....

DH and I decided to book a limo through FL Tours from the airport & back. I just reserved it online (added the complimentary car seat for Aubree). This will really be a nice surprise for my mom and nephew!

I was pleased with what I ended up with: 5:25PM. When calling in this time, I just said dinner. This works great for Aubree & I since we get hungry early! The other dinners are around 6pm, so not too bad! They had a couple more between 4-4:45PM to choose from.

WOW! That is amazing...things must be slow, I always thought that was one you could not get unless you called 180 days out at 7:00am on the dot...I wish I was taking kids with me so I could talk my group into going...they think we have to eat "adult" meals (since we are all adults)...silly rabbit, trix are for kids! Anyway, chalk-one-up for the Ginger Family...great job!
