I loved our trip (wedding/honeymoon) to Disney World last October. And we're headed back at the beginning of March, so I've been exploring the boards a lot more lately. Unfortunately I keep reading reviews/posts about bad customer service and bad experiences with other park goers. (A pipe bursts near someone's room and their carpet is wet, but reports apparently fell on deaf ears. Someone goes into a room and finds that it's got dirty towels, sand in the tub and a dirty toilet, but gets no acceptable response from management so they have to clean it themselves. A random kid decides to smack your butt or cause some sort of problem, but the kid's parent just thinks it's cute or doesn't see a problem. That kind of thing.)
What I want to hear (well...read) is the crazy or bad situations where the CMs or other Disney guests willingly came to the rescue. When was it? (Ten years ago or just last month?) Where was it? (A particular park or resort?) This may go nowhere, but I like people's stories and I especially like happy ones.
