I love the Gilmore Girls. I started with a book, and then my cousin told me it was a t.v. show. I watch it every day after school at five, after Dr.Phil and Oprah, on a.b.c. family. It's brilliant.

i love gilmore girls, its actually based off of my school. I go to The Gunnery in Washington CT and it is like the smallest town in the world, and if you go down town it looks just like starshallow. and my school is a private school, so thats how they got the idea for her to go to chilton.

I've never really taken the time to watch an episode, but from the 5 minute little clips I've seen every now and then, it looks okay. 2 of my friends are absolutely obsessed with this show, you can't have a conversation with them without SOMEHOW making a connection to Gilmore Girls. I can't say I love them, but I can't say the stink. I'm on the fence.

OMG!! Lucky! I go to private high school too but how do u know GG is based on your town? I live in Burbank and that's where all the studios are and my friend has actually watched them filming!!!

My friend whom is from New Orleans, said her mom was watching one of the seasons on DVD and on the special features it tells you. im still watching them, trying to find it, but I havent gotten to the special features yet. And the fact that my school is also about 45 mins to an hour away from Hartford helps alittle.
