When we used them 2/06, I had sent the form and then followed up with a phone call a few weeks later. Depending upon the time of year, they are overwelmed and some emails slip through. That being said, they were incredible. I worked with Jane for several months prior to our visit preparing for our DD 5th bday surprise which would be a scavenger hunt in MK. I arrived in Orlando before the rest of the family due to work and she met me at the hotel to pick up the gift I had purchased for my daughter on Disneystore.com (a beautiful snowglobe of Aurora which I wouldn't recommend now due to FAA regulations and 20+ trading pins I purchased on ebay for her and DS).
On the day, we arranged to be at the wishing well at 11:30am following our ADR at CRT for breakfast. I sent Jane a picture of my DH and DD prior to trip so she and the pixies would know the correct people got the clues. We had DH, DS, DD, DSIL, DGM and myself on hunt. There was a beautiful proclamation from the princesses for her with directions for the hunt plus golden Mickey ears for her knight (my DS 8) who would help her find and read the clues. We followed the clues which led us to several attractions in MK which I chose since they are DD favorites (Carousel, Small World and Carpet of Aladdin) plus clues where scattered by the pixies. We had Jane and 2 pixies. In the end, the clues led us back to the wishing well where the presents were located. The whole thing took about 2 hours since we did have to wait in line for the rides and walk from clue to clue. To this day, both kids still believe that the princesses arranged the hunt since they never realized Jane or the pixies were not just other guests, it is truly the "gift of a lifetime." I would HIGHLY recommend them, very professional. I have several pictures of day and the proclamation that I can email you just send me a PM, I am not sure how to post them.
