Gifts for Wedding Planner - When do you give the gift?

I'm VERY fortunate. One of the ladies I work with, coordinates weddings on the weekends, and OFFERED to help me, FREE. She's designed our Save the dates and Invites for us. Just got them today. She's helping with the reception and working with the caterer for us. We plan to get her a gift card for her favorite spa and I'll give to her on my last work day before the ceremony!

We're doing up gift bags for our wedding co-ordinator, as well as Ron Rozenweig and Randy Chapman.

We wanted to do something Canadian, that represented the areas we live.

I've picked up a bottle of Maple Syrup, A bottle of Ice Wine, Maple Syrup scented candles, and Barry is going to pick up some Saskatoon Berry tea.

I think I may pick up something extra to add in Karen's, but I haven't decided what yet.
