gifts for cruisers

My parents are taking a Disney cruise in about four weeks for their anniversary. Isn't there a service that would let me give them a gift or some sort of special recognition during the cruise? Can someone please give me the website or any other ideas?

There is a page on the Disney website where cruise gifts are available. It's somewhere on Disney.com; I don't have the exact link handy, sorry. They have several ideas. You could also call Shirley at A Perfect Gift (she posts a lot on these boards) and see what she can do for you.

Another thumbs-up for Shirley!!! She is the best. We've used her for several baskets, including a really cool anniversary basket that she made for my hubby for our 10th anniversary. It was theme to the Chicago Bears. I have photos of a couple of her custom baskets on my website.

Did your parents book through a travel agency? If so you could contact them so that they can notify DCL of your parents anniversary. If they booked directly through DCL, you could try and call them and see if you can get it noted on their reservation.

As far as gift goes, talk to Shirley at the Perfect Gift.

If you were thinking DCL giving your parents a "freebee" present, a cake at dinner it will be.

You can also call DCL and give them a stateroom credit that can be used for spa, drinks, excursions, etc...
