Gift tag from Santa?

Anyone happen to have a gift tag from Santa to a children. It does not need to be personalized other than Santa's name.
I have looked and looked all over the Internet and couldn't find anything quite right.

Mine are always up way too early for my taste as well. But I can't think of a better reason to rise early!

I just want to say thanks for the wonderful disign - I also used it! I made it into a little card for my sons Santa gift. He has just informed me he doesn't "believe" anymore..............*sigh* Does this happen at this age?? He's 9 1/2 ........ anyway, I printed it & made a card & wrote (left handed) on the inside with a little message to him from Santa. Signed "Always Believe" from Santa............

Thank you for sharing your story. I am glad so many have been able to use it! I think that age is the norm now. My son 'realized' last year and he was the same age - 9 1/2.

So very grateful for Amy's generous sharing of her talent and that this adorable tag is still floating around on the Dis! I've used it every year since Amy made it!
